Mushtaq Travel

Fantastic experience: Me and my family usually travel to Pakistan every 2/3 years and since 2014 I've always booked through Mushtaq. They have competitive prices and are clear with the process. I know sometimes there are other travel agents who can do it cheaper sometimes but for me if something isn't broke why fix it? Usually Mushtaq are within 1-2% of the cheapest prices out there. I recall a time when PIA decided to cancel their flights to Lahore and Mushtaq called me the same day to offer a refund or rebook. I decided to rebook through another airline (Qatar) and pay the difference. Nice guys who are polite and unless they let me down with customer service I'll continue to use them - which is everytime we go Pakistan.

Fantastic experience: Good customer service, affordable prices and very helpful with any admin issues prior to flight. Definitely coming back to these guys next time I need a flight booked.

Fantastic experience: I feel its worth leaving a positive review for this travel agent. Its probably one of the only places in Derby which offers a 'fit to fly' PCR test. The team were very polite and helpful with arranging the appointment and upon arrival I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. A very professional team. I would certainly recommend this place if you require a travel PCR test certificate. Thank you, I would not hesitate to return in the future.

Negative experience: Our flights were cancelled due to pia flights being banned and mushtaq travels lied about receiving the refunds from pia travels definitely would not recommend these guys as they lied on numerous occasions.

Negative experience: The true caliber of a business is how it helps its customers when things go wrong example being when a holiday country goes into "red list" generally speaking 99% of UK business will deliver as required to its customers. So its all about customer service when things go wrong. When Qatar was red listed and our connecting flight to the UK was via Qatar Airways. I called to ask for help.. I was offered tickets via turkey for £4,700 and BA for £5,600 back to UK by MushtaqTravel. If I wanted to change the dates with Qatar Airways was also a charge for that as well. I thought their must be a better way, so I called Qatar airways direct and bypassed the travel agent. They in return did a free transfer of our tickets to BA direct to UK. 2 weeks later than our original return date at no extra charge. Moral of the experience.. stay away from this company they only want to make money at your expense when things are going wrong & you need help the most. Ps. I have the whatsapp conversation to prove this, so don't even bother responding with a justification please.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this travel agent, very rude and unprofessional. We booked tickets with them which got cancelled due to the PIA flight ban. They wanted to charge a £75 administration fee per ticket even though we didn't cancel the flights.

Mushtaq Travels tried taking £75 per ticket as administration fee even though we did not cancel the tickets. PIA gave full refund back to Mushtaq Travels. Mushtaq Travels were very rude and had poor customer service. Would not recommend as they caused a great deal of stress in this current climate.

Fantastic experience: I received excellent service and advice from Imran, that helped me ensure I was aware of and getting the best travel options before booking. Any query or uncertainty were answered in detail, and with consideration and courtesy. In this day of impersonal internet bookings, a telephonic discussion can provide much-needed reassurance to the anxious traveler and in my case Imran helped secure me a flexible ticket with the added bonus of a better baggage allowance! I have used MT before and will continue doing so!!
