Fantastic experience: Came into tui with what I thought was a massive headache on changing a booking and more, which I wasn't convinced I could get sorted, but Tracey was absolutely fantastic went massively out of her way and was amazing to deal with can't thank her enough

We needn't have worried because in the Mansfield branch, both Neil and Sarah was very helpful (and patient!) Helping us get sorted. From a browse of holiday options and costs to booking, at a great price and even sorting out carparking! Highly recommend nipping in, great service.

Fantastic experience: I booked a long haul holiday for myself and extended family. Many requests were made to accommodate individual needs of the members of the party, but nothing was too much trouble for Reece, who helped a nervous customer navigate the whole process up to the holidays. He knew his way round the system and avoided many of the mistakes if would have made if I'd tried to book it online by myself. He and other staff were also knowledgeable about the country we visited, so able to give much valuable advance advice. I Would definitely recommend Mansfield Tui and would like to give a great big thank you to Reece in particular.

Fantastic experience: We’ve recently booked our wedding with tui at Mansfield. Sarah went above and beyond for us to make sure we got the wedding and holiday we wanted. She made us feel like we was the only customers in the shop and spent hours finding out exactly what we wanted, what we liked and didn’t like to make sure everything was perfect for us! She even got us both a glass of Prosecco each after to celebrate which we thought was a lovely touch. Couldn’t fault the experience we had! Would 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: A very big thank you to olga from the mansfield tui store. I popped in a few months ago to ask about 2026 holidays and she kept my details until they were released. She phoned me on the day of release, emailed over my quotes. I rang her back after work and she was extremely helpful and secured and helped me booked my honeymoon. Very easy, polite and helpful. I normally book via the app but this was a nicer experience.

Sarah, in particular, was absolutely fantastic – she went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted for us. The whole process was incredibly smooth, and they were so easy to deal with. When we needed to make amendments to our booking, it was handled quickly and without any stress. Sarah and the team were so helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic experience: I recently booked our family holiday to Mexico for 2025. Having pondered about many resorts we were left stuck for the best choice and having two young children wanted the expert advice in identifying the best place to suit all of our needs. We were fortunate enough to speak with Dan who was more than happy to help advise us on the resorts, best time of year to travel and the best deal available. Having shared his personal travel experiences with us really helped us understand our options better. This guided us to find the perfect holiday and Dan has also helped add on certain extra’s with great advice such as flight seat choices which is something we wanted to do as the potential of getting split up for a long haul flight with two young kids wasn’t an option. Dan was also able to help add a private transfer to our booking which was not available to do online. Excellent customer service. Will definitely book in store again as it adds to the holiday excitement more than just booking on line. Thanks Dan & Tui, roll on 2025.

Fantastic experience: Me and my fiance have just booked our honeymoon with TUI Mansfield, and we are absolutely blown away by the fantastic service we have received. We were not quite sure where we wanted to go and our travel agent Olga was extremely accommodating and patient with us whilst we decided with where we wanted to go. We thought we were leaning more towards Mexico, but Olga showed us some other destinations and we decided on the Dominican Republic. All the staff here were very friendly approachable, and professional. Could not think of a better team of people to help us book our honeymoon. We received a lovely postcard too which was a nice touch. We cannot wait to have our honeymoon in the Dominican Republic at the RIU Palace Macao and we could not have done it without the fabulous team. Olga also helped us with all our excursions, so our holiday is fully prepared when we do jet off! Thank you Olga and all the team at TUI Mansfield, you guys are amazing !

Fantastic experience: Our first visit for a very long time to a travel store. Mansfield’s store is our local and so welcoming. The staff made you feel very at ease and no pressure to book there and then. I liked that Tracey who served us knew which colleague had been where to ask their opinion of an area we wanted to visit. Love the apps you now can get to keep a track on your hoilday. I had been looking at TUI Hoilday’s at home but Tracey took the stress out of the booking for me as it seemed so much easier in store. Fantastic experience: We decided, after my illness, to try a week away to the canary Islands, now tui agent Sarah Robinson was absolutely brilliant in finding us the perfect break, she did everything possible to make sure we were happy, she deserves a medal, so much, so having got back on 7/3/24. we went to book another holiday with Sarah, and are going on the 18th May. Fantastic experience: We recently visited our local Tui branch in Mansfield to book a Norwegian Fjord cruise with P&O. We were welcomed by Neil who was so helpful with his advice as we'd never been on a cruise before. It gave us a lot of confidence dealing with him as he'd been on the same type of cruise as well. Neil's an absolute credit to Tui with his knowledge and friendly personality. We would thoroughly recommend booking a P&O cruise through Tui as their prices were better than booking via P&O directly!
