Fantastic experience: We booked Florida with Michelle and couldn’t be happier!! I was overwhelmed at the choice and options online but Michelle gave lots of choice filtered down to suit us. She priced up numerous dates and airports to give us the best price and ensured we got all the discounts available to us. They beat every other holiday company I had looked at on price and got more for our money (such as transfers and free memory maker). The ongoing support is there too as Michelle assured us we could ask her anything and she will help. With such a big holiday such as Disney, it is a massive comfort to know I can ring the shop or pop in with queries or add additional trips. Fantastic experience: I visited the store as I was having difficulty redeeming a Tui voucher. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Sophie looked after me . She was kind, engaging and knowledgeable. She booked everything for me and sorted out my problem. I have never booked a holiday through a store before. I usually book on the internet. I would definitely go there again. The service was outstanding.

Found them to be very helpful especially Flame who was very knowledgable and helped me complete it. Would recommend this store for booking your next Tui holiday or in my case Marella cruise.

Positive experience: Excellent service this morning booking a cruise. We were having trouble booking it on-line so we popped into our local branch and Michelle sorted it for us. She was professional but also very friendly and helpful. She matched the on-line price for us and sorted us our holiday insurance and car parking at the airport.

Negative experience: Absolutely pointless still having these shops open! They can not help or have no flexibility on anything. May as well just book on their website going through a cashback site to save a few quid!

Negative experience: If you go in this store for Euros beware, make sure you know the rate beforehand, I feel I was ripped off, I wrongly assumed I would get the TUI Euro rate for that day, when I got home I looked up the rate and it was far better than what I had got, I should have had about another 11 Euros, I was rightly suspicious when she asked me if I knew the rate and I didn’t get a printed receipt. I won’t be using them again. Edit: I’m pleased to say the matter is resolved after the manager contacted me to offer the extra Euros I should have had, apparently they have a base rate and an internet rate so if you go in the shop ask for the internet rate!

Fantastic experience: I had already found a holiday deal online and the lovely ladies instore were able to pull it up for me, book my seats on the flight and even save me some money by booking with them in person. Flayne even emailed me with some excursion inspiration for us to look through after when left. Fantastic experience today, getting us the family holiday we wanted and at a better price. It was really helpful to do everything in person knowing that all our information was double checked and we'd completed all the necessary steps. They even offered to help us check in and print our tickets nearer to the time. Great service and I would highly recommend
