Negative experience: Unprofessional and Dishonest Service I visited this shop in Radford, Nottingham, for an RIA transfer to cash out £476.19 Upon entering, my baby was quite upset, which made it difficult to focus. The man behind the counter handed me the cash, which I immediately placed in my wallet without counting it, and I texted my partner straight away to let him know. Once I got home, my partner counted the money and found £200 missing. We returned to the shop to resolve the issue, but the man behind the counter immediately became defensive, calling me a liar. He even made a personal attack, questioning my husband about "what kind of wife" he had, clearly trying to escalate the situation to provoke aggression. Despite this, my partner remained calm. We contacted the police, but they were unable to assist since it involved cash. Throughout the conversation, it was clear the shopkeeper was being dishonest, as his story kept changing. I would highly recommend avoiding this establishment due to the unprofessional conduct and lack of accountability. Thieves.
