Fantastic experience: lovely staff abbie, Rachel and Katie were all lovely and gave me information about a hoilday I wanted to book for next year and was all able to give there different experiences which is great when booking for a family would recommend

Fantastic experience: We have been to book holidays at TUI Nottingham on a number of occasions . Each time we have been helped to get our perfect holiday by Chloe. She always gives us really good information about the trips we want to make and how they can meet our needs . Chloe is a real asset to the team. All the team are very friendly and eager to help with any queries face to face or over the telephone.

Fantastic experience: Marie and the other two lovely ladies were amazing, I've never left the country before and their personal and professional information was priceless. We wanted to return there this summer but the booking wasn't straightforward as we'd be arriving on different flights. Negative experience: Poor service both times I have visited the Nottingham store trying to get a price for a holiday. Nobody seems to have any clue when you ask for something that is not already packaged. When they say they will call you or email with an update, they don't. Not really sure why finding flights and car hire is so difficult for a travel agent.

Fantastic experience: My partner Sharon went into the store today in order to get details on a holiday to the Maldives and was met with a warm and friendly greeting from Chloe and the rest of the team. Nothing appeared to be to much trouble for Chloe who kindly spent nearly 2 hours trying to put together a package that matched my partner's vision of the Maldives. Online booking appears to be the norm these days but nothing can match the help, support and professionalism of people such as Chloe. 5 star rating from a very satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again.

Fantastic experience: Today I went into the TUI store which I had previously been in last year to look into flying to Iceland at that time I was greeted by a lovely lady Chloe. Well today I was greeted again by Chloe. Chloe was professional, polite and knowledgeable I explained what I was looking for and she sorted my trip out answering all my questions. This is the first time I have used TUI and I will definitely use them again. There was some lovely ladies who have been to Iceland and their experiences. The manager was lovely too. Fantastic experience: Just popped into Tui long row Nottingham to see Marie for some information and advice. We have consulted about holidays with Marie on many occasions previously and always try to book through her if possible. We find her manner very friendly and she is always helpful, nothing is too much trouble. On this occasion she didn't dissapoint giving us some very helpful advice for a future holiday about travelling with special needs and assisted travel. We also came away having booked a trip later in the year.

Fantastic experience: Hi, i have been in to the shop on a number of occasions looking at holidays for me and my daughter. Every time i have been in the staff have always been really welcoming and helpful. I booked a holiday with Rachel and she was amazing and explained everything. It was nice to speak to another member of staff who had been to the same resort i was looking at. She told me all the places we could walk to that we could explore and that sounded perfect. We are so excited for our holiday in August. It will be our first holiday abroad since Covid.

Negative experience: This is nothing to do with any Tui holiday store this is to do with Tui holidays the service you get from the customer service is diabolical and also non existent book with Jet 2 now they and there customer service is outstanding 1st class
