Fantastic experience: City Life is by far the coolest student oriented service to come to Nottingham. I've known a couple of the founders from its start and have seen it grow into a wonderful opportunity for international students to get together and make the most out of their time in the UK! Whether it be enjoying the nightlife with fun like minded individuals, going on day trips to see the beautiful sights and historical places the UK has to offer, or just to hang out and get to know others, City Life has something for everyone. Everyone I have met who works for them is dedicated to making sure internationals, like myself, make the most of their time in this wonderful place. The best part is the experiences they offer are affordable on a student budget and a lot of the time free! They help to make Nottingham feel like home for all of us. If your coming to Nottingham to study I highly suggest going to a Meet&Speak, Bar Crawl, or Day Trip Event and you'll see what I mean! These guys are top notch when it comes to giving internationals the experience of a life time!

Fantastic experience: Citylife nottingham made my erasmus memorable, unfortunately, I am already back to Greece, and that sucks! I wish I had been to more barcrawls and parties! Fantastic experience: "Citylife Nottingham a place away from home" Atleast I being an International Student I felt the same as away from home amd friends thatsthe place you should be. They got great management handled by three good friends of mine who arrange great trips,parties, get togethers for all the international student who come to Nottingham. Negative experience: Stay away from them ! I was supposed to travel to Edinburgh with them end of April 2023. The trip was cancelled 2-3 days before departure. I attempted to contact them many times over the phone or email, no answer. I finally managed to reach someone on What's app but the answers I was given were very vague and didn't provide any reassurance. They said they would postpone the trip but no exact date yet. This is not acceptable and I want to be reimbursed.

Negative experience: Absolute thieving lowlives! Emailed them for months on end trying to get a refund only to receive responses stating it was pending time and time again, I kept at it and eventually got my money back. My International friends haven't even received an email about refunds and still haven't received any money years after the pandemic began. If you haven't heard anything back from them keep trying and contact your bank and submit a complaint to Trading Standards. Stay away.

Fantastic experience: It's a great community! I've travelled with citylife several times this year and they always offer the best price for a private, guided trip. It's a nice chance to meet people as well, which is pretty important if you're international. Really appealing!

Negative experience: Do not trust Citylife UK. They have stolen over a thousand dollars from me because they have still not refunded the trips they canceled in March. They initially posted about their plans to refund the money and said it would take time but that they would provide weekly updates. They have not done so. I have not received an email from them since March 30. They have taken the COVID-19 information off their webpage. I think this is a really cruel thing to do to a university student who had to work a lot of hours to pay for those trips. You took countless hours of my life and rendered them worthless. Congratulations. You did not deliver the service you agreed to. The trips did not happen. I understand that COVID-19 was unexpected, but if the trips never happened, where did the money go to? AT LEAST, provide an update if you plan to still return the money but the paperwork is taking a long time. (This is what they told me when I first emailed them) Let me be clear. These were NOT trips that happened but I personally did not attend because of fears of COVID-19. These trips were completely canceled for all participants. The service paid for was NOT received. It’s too much to hope that people like them never work in business again.

Fantastic experience: Citylife UK or, more precisely, Citylife Nottingham was one of the most exceptional experiences I ever made. They made my semester abroad unforgettable. They have an excellent offer of trips and parties. You always get in touch with friendly and interesting people. Thank you for the awesome time!

Fantastic experience: Citylife Leeds shows internationals and british students, how to make the best of your time studying in Leeds. I cannot imagine how international student life would be without them! Especially enjoyed the Barcrawls the most! So much fun!!!

Being a part of Citylife Nottingham has enabled me to meet a lot of new people and to make friends from countries all around the world. There is a fantastic blend of cultures, and I can't recommend them highly enough! If you are in Nottingham, don't hesitate to participate in their activities, I promise you won't regret it.
