Negative experience: Really poor company partner paid a direct debit early to make sure it went out without letting us know they cancelled the direct debit and haven't given us enough time to pay up the account really poor management of account and communication from this company won't be using them again or recommending them never had this trouble when Thomas Cook was there !

Negative experience: I was unable to buy foreign currency, due to their policy's

Fantastic experience: Popped in to on change some b day money from Euros to GBP. Lucy was an absolute gem!! She helped us find the best rate, gave us great suggestions for places to eat and things to see in Nottingham and overall made the day unforgettable l!! Negative experience: Really disappointed, went to change money as used them a number of times, didn't realise until I got home the rate given was €104.4 for £1. I understand that in the small print the signs says €1.11 if you get £500 but the POS should also tell you. A customer lost I'm afraid as won't be coming back

Positive experience: Nice staff just only really wanted to sell us a holiday to Benidorm when we said that there was other places we want to get a price for aswell

Positive experience: Brilliant service but can’t load the App!!! No problems when it was Thomas Cook. Can only find the money card. We have booked & paid for a holiday but when I go to my bookings it can’t find it.

Positive experience: I love Hayes travel. But, I specifically asked for a Hotel in Costa Calma Fuertaventura with a short walk to the shops and beaches. I was told 20 mins walk down hill to the beach but it's not possible for us. As for getting back up the HILL, I couldn't do it. Have to rely on taxis from the Matas Blancas Hotel. No life or shops about near this hotel. Wouldn't come back for those reasons.

Negative experience: OMG ....apparently just found out that the Hayes travel shop advertising the Euro Exchange rate in large numbers is not the rate u get until u change £500.....everybody else gets a paltry rate that they decide on quite a few digits BELOW the bank rate and advertised on front window rate of the day .....but they dont tell u any of this information at all .......daylight Robbery

Fantastic experience: Booked a holiday for me and little one. Found out afterwards that her passport lost so went down to see what they could do. Guy called Stephen dealt with me and got through to Maxine at jet 2 and rebooked our holiday for a week later! They even knocked off the rebooking fee...brilliant people!
