Fantastic experience: We recently used Kuoni Nottingham to book our honeymoon. Matt was incredible and patient throughout and came up with a few great options for us. I felt he was really invested in the process - and he certainly delivered with the most incredible trip to Keyonna beach in Antigua. I’d absolutely recommend and use them again. I would especially recommend them for anyone else booking a honeymoon, as Matt made it all SO easy to organise when we were in the midst of wedding planning!

Fantastic experience: Recently returned from 12 day holiday to Sandies Bathala, Maldives. Excellent experience at Kuoni, Nottingham. We were uncertain of where to go, but Matt came up with a great recommendation based on what we said we liked. Great trip from start to finish. Also their agents in Maldives were tremendous. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Always thought of this place as a bit of an overpriced, snobby outfit for folk that didn't really know what they were doing with travel. How wrong was I. If you're booking anything other than bog standard TUI catalogue stuff - then try these guys. We booked a Safari holiday with these guys, and were blown away by the service, attention to detail and quality. Yes, we 'could' have booked it all ourselves, but these guys know where to go, where to stay, what to do, and the whole trip (Kenya + Masai Mara + Mauritius) was outstanding, lifelong memories. (PS - stay at Mara Bushtops if you get a chance - simply out of this world). Worth the little extra money over Internet agents - you bet!

Fantastic experience: We booked our honeymoon with Kuoni and had a fabulous time. After being told by other places that we wouldn't be able to get the holiday we wanted for our budget- Helen from Kuoni managed it and with our dream hotel in Mauritius! When we were out there the Kuoni agent Noemi was phenomenal as well. She looked after us and any need we might have had very well. Overall I'd recommend Kuoni to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: We have used Kuoni in Nottingham for our last five holidays. The service is brilliant. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful and make sure the holiday is tailored to both your needs and budget. We have got to know Matt and Richard very well and have always had very special holidays with their help and expertise. We would recommend Kuoni Nottingham highly. The pleasant ambiance and always the offer of a drink whilst looking at holidays makes it a pleasure to go into their premises.

Negative experience: Really disappointed. Very little knowledge and the consultant I had was looking down his nose at me the whole time even as though I was looking for a holiday in the region os £3000! Rushed me out as well and clearly thought I was worth their time. I went to the American Express Travel at the bottom of the same road and they were excellent so I booked thier. Kuoni's service does not deserve the business.
