Negative experience: Wouldn't use this company again told us our flights were cancelled when they wernt gave 3 b.a. flight times said they were cancelled when I whent into b.a. web page 2 where still flying on time tried to get us to change to Gatwick when our hotel is at Heathrow when I asked them how do I get my 91yr old mother there they told me take a bus still waiting for them to call back dont hold out much hope as they said they call back 3 times and didnt just about to call them back.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THEM!!! We made the detrimental mistake of booking flights through them and have regretted it. We needed to change the dates when the country we were due to go to was put on the Red List. We had to pay 75 pounds per person admin fee to change the dates. The UK then removed the country off the Red List and we decided to move the tickets again as it was now possible to make the trip around the dates we originally intended to travel. This is when all our problems begun. Firstly they wanted to give us the dates that were profitable to them. We could see tickets available at certain prices on BA's website but they claimed we would have to pay double the difference we could see on BA's website. In our desperation we called BA and found out the new dates we paid 75pounds admin to change were still only a reservation. The tickets had not actually been confirmed. NEVER EVER use these people. It will sound fine to begin with until something needs to change. The first two bookings we paid the exact amount we saw on the BA website to them, but suddenly they didn't have the prices showing on BA website. They talk in circles, put you on hold and keep you on the phone an hour at time telling you they are trying to see what they can do, and get back on the phone to repeat it all over again. Worst Travel Agent ever.

Negative experience: Please do avoid this company as it only wants to sell you tikets knowing that they cannot be used. Very impolite sales advisor, tells one thing and does something else promies something and the promises are never kept. They sell you the tickets promising to check in and nothing happnens. You have to phone them to chase and still no outcome.
