Fantastic experience: Viva Vacations are absolutely excellent. After giving advice on different locations we chose Thailand and they tailor made a trip that met the needs of everyone in the family. They made changes as requested very quickly and made alternative suggestion. All transfers went to plan and hotels exceeded our expectations. Above all they made the holiday very easy so we could enjoy the experience and be in the moment knowing everything was organised and in hand We are already planning for next year!! Thank you

Fantastic experience: It was honestly as though a best friend arranged our holiday. We had the most amazing time and I swear that somehow you stepped into my mind and knew exactly what we wanted and needed. The villa was wonderful, the beach was literally around the corner and the area offered us the calm we needed but so many great places to eat too. Out plane seats were fantastic, with everything thing printed and sent to us, the whole pre holiday stress was eased Honestly, it was the most perfect, stress free holiday Thank you ❤️

Fantastic experience: I can’t remember exactly how many holidays Sophie and Fiona at Viva Vacations have booked for us but they have all been absolutely fantastic. They’ve managed to come up with great hotels, great locations and everything always goes so smoothly with transfers all taken care of and brilliant local guides too. This year’s trip to Bali was simply incredible. Their inside knowledge of where to stay meant we stayed in some locations that weren’t full of tourists but absolutely beautiful Great hotels in incredible locations including the best snorkelling I’ve ever done in Menjangan, a coffee plantation with amazing sunset views at Munduk and amazing hotels and locations in Ubud and Sanur. Yet again, I can’t recommend Viva Vacations highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Sophie and Fiona have never failed to find our family the perfect location to make wonderful memories. They take time and pride in listening to our needs and location choice, which they then turn into our reality. Everything is taken care of, including any support we have needed over the years whilst away on our holidays. We always know we’re in safe hands from start to finish. Fantastic experience: My wife and I used Viva Vacations on the recommendation of family. We are SO glad that we did. This was for our honeymoon so we wanted it to be stress-free and special. Sophie and Fiona made it exactly that and so much more. Both available via email and WhatsApp and responding so quickly (even at weekends), no question or ask was too great and the deal they got us on our hotel was miles better than anything we could find ourselves or competitors could find. Sophie and Fiona both deserve every success as you can tell they are truly passionate about what they do. Both on arrival and departure we were met with our own private transfer to our hotel, a great touch which made us feel very special. When we arrived at our hotel, The W on the Palm (as mentioned the guys got us an amazing deal on this hotel), there was a lovely card and gift which added a personal touch. All our documents were sent promptly and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! We cannot recommend Viva Vacations enough and I know for certain that had we not used their services, our honeymoon wouldn’t have been anywhere near as special! Fantastic experience: Sophie & Fiona planned our Costa Rica holiday for my husband’s 40th birthday. Everything from the initial discussion to each trip and transfer on the holiday was seamless. Fantastic experience: Viva Vacations are the best. we have booked long haul flights to Australia twice with multiple internal flights and destinations to a cheeky spring trip to Egypt and Lanzarote just to get some sun Family villa holidays, too, we can honestly say we haven't a bad word to say. The service they provide is efficient, taking into account our needs, wants and preferences. We have always been given a choice and have never been disappointed apart from when my husband booked a short getaway and booked the wrong hotel! Never again and the best part there is no charge! Fantastic experience: We used Viva Vacations to plan our honeymoon in Malaysia and Bali. It was our best holiday ever! Sophie and Fiona were amazing, they were so quick to respond and show us amazing options of hotels, excursions to do and answer any small questions we had. It was so nice to not have to think about planning and admin for the honeymoon - amidst the stress of all the Wedding planning. We also are very grateful for the small touches they did along the way. There was a note at each hotel, honeymoon cakes, free massage treatments, a photo session. Sophie and Fiona handle all the paperwork for you, even things like checking in for boarding passes. They go above and beyond and safe to say we will be using them for our next big trip next year.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Sophie and Fiona for booking our holidays this year to Torremolinos in June and more recently Benidorm, staying in the old town at the Barcelo Benidorm Beach. For several years now Sophie and Fiona have booked our holidays and provided recommendations. A great service provided as always from booking the holiday to checking us in. Fantastic experience: Sophie and Fiona are just amazing at what they do. After having to cancel our honeymoon due to the pandemic we than had to cancel our family moon yet again due to covid the morning of our flight. They sorted everything out for us so quickly that it took a huge stress away and once sorted they quickly got back on to arranging us something alternative for a few weeks later. I couldn’t recommend highly enough and I’ll never book another holiday again without them!

Fantastic experience: From start to finish Sophie and Fiona have been so accommodating in finding our perfect tailored honeymoon for us. Listening to everything we wanted and more nothing was to much for them to include in our paradise honeymoon. Due to covid we had to postpone but nothing was ever to much for them to change and sort for us. No anxiety or stress was made by us and everything was so seemingly sorted. Fantastic experience: Sophie has been marvellous from helping us decide the best place to go to and answering our endless questions later about Covid testing. Since booking St Lucia in 2019 via Viva Vacations, we wouldn’t consider booking our holidays any other way, we are always given a personalised service including keeping us up to date with any government travel changes. We can have a holiday knowing that we will be looked after if anything did happen, this is so reassuring to know that and we can truly switch off on holiday. We were due to go to Kenya and Sophie advised with the current restrictions, we should consider an alternative. We decided to go to Antigua, and we had an AMAZING time! We will be back to book our next holiday with Sophie at Viva Vacations.

Fantastic experience: I first contacted Viva in early 2020 to arrange a surprise trip to Florida and New York for my husband's 30th - sadly the pandemic hit and we had to put plans on hold. Sophie was amazing and kept hold of the deposit I paid and would send updates on package prices to USA. When the COVID situation didn't seem to be easing, we spoke to Sophie about using our deposit for booking a homestay instead. Sophie found us some beautiful lodges with hot tubs and we are booked to go to Cornwall in May! Our deposit covered the entire holiday so we had no additional cost. I couldn't recommend Viva more, their service is outstanding and they find you the best deals for your budget. Thank you again Sophie, can't wait to book again in the future!

They found us a fantastic trip & offered all the support we could need (and more) especially with the current every changing travel restrictions. Fantastic experience: August 2022: Viva vacations were brilliant in helping us plan our honeymoon at reasonably short notice. We had a few ideas and a budget but Sophie and Fiona put these together into an itinerary with a number of options and their travel knowledge. We received a pack with all the information before we went away, had regular updates on check in (which they did for us) and they even called ahead to the hotels to check everything was in order. Fantastic experience: Sophie at Viva vacations was brilliant, she helped us rearrange our honeymoon twice due to COVID cancelling our first two attempts. She went out of her way to help us and it was a stress free experience. Everything was perfect, even helped with sorting out my passport issues. It was such a good service that we are using them to book to go away again as it was so well organised. I cannot recommend them enough, they are brilliant!

Fantastic experience: What an incredible holiday in Mauritius, booked expertly by Sophie and Fiona (not our first through Viva Vacations, definitely not our last either). With only a vague idea of where to go this summer, they came up with a great suggestion, with expert knowledge as to the best area of the island to go to for the weather in August. Fantastic experience: We’ve booked holidays with Sophie’s help a couple of times now. We have always appreciated Sophie’s recommendations - they have proved to be excellent places to stay. We particularly appreciate how she can take some broad requirements and suggest several great options to choose from. The hotels are always stylish gems. Even though our most recent trip has been travelling with a toddler for the first time she managed to find something which suited adults and child. Most recently we booked with Viva Vacations to travel to a green country in August 2021. Sophie helped us navigate all the paperwork necessary for the trip in these pandemic times. Fantastic experience: We booked our first holiday through Viva Vacations to Dubai. The experience has been exceptional from the moment we booked to the moment we arrived home. Fiona and Sophie are both well travelled so could advise on the best hotel. They searched for the best value deal which saved us a huge amount of hassle and time. Travelling at the moment with all the ever changing COVID regulations can be daunting and quite stressful but Fiona and Sophie took all the stress away by holding our hand through all the red tape. We will definitely be using Viva Vacations again as they provided a premium service and remove all the stress from booking a holiday, and make sure all the basics are covered so you can just enjoy the experience of the holiday!!! 5 stars from us. Fantastic experience: Sophie arranged our trip to New York in 2019 and made sure it was really special. She had a exceptional knowledge of the city and booked us into a lovely hotel, and recommended some brilliant activities. Sophie took care of everything which meant there was no stress involved at all and she regularly kept us up to date, and was always on hand to answer our questions. Sophie has also been really helpful throughout COVID-19, keeping us up to date on travel restrictions etc. I will certainly be booking all my future holidays through Viva as Sophie makes it so personal and easy!

Sophie gave us 4 great options all of which met our very vague brief and took all the pressure off with the covid requirements by providing a clear checklist. Fantastic experience: We’ve booked a few family holidays via Sophie at Viva Vacations now. Initially we provided some (perhaps vague!) details of what we were looking for and Sophie came up with some suggestions, one of which we went with and had a fabulous time. Our last trip was at the end of July 2021 although we booked it on a speculative basis earlier this year. What I really like about Sophie is she takes on board your comments and comes up with great options & suggestions, but she also goes above and beyond in making everything as stress free and easy to understand as possible. Fantastic experience: To Whom it May Concern I would like to highly recommend Sophie and her team for organising our trip to New Zealand at such short notice. My brother and I had to get to New Zealand to attend the funeral of our father who died unexpectedly. When we found out we could go Sophie was straight onto it and in less than 24 hours she had booked our flights, gave us guidance on getting our PCR tests, travel insurance and MIQ documentation etc. She provided us with peace of mind and supported us at every step of the journey and we arrived in New Zealand with no complications at all.
