Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Just Journeys high enough, from the first visit speaking to Alistair to look at a road trip from Vancouver to Calgary. We had sort of a rough idea but left it with Alistair to put together an Itinerary, which when finalised was perfect. We found all the hotels and lodges to be of an excellent standard, your company obviously know the region which helped us with places to visit and realistic timescales to enjoy. Everything went according to plan. We enjoyed the personal service you provided. As you know we found you by word of mouth from our friends who were equally full of praise for your excellent assistance. Fantastic experience: Leo and the team at Just Journeys made the process of booking our honeymoon incredibly straightforward! We had a rough idea of where and when we wanted to go, and then discussed with Leo the types of accommodation that would be best for our preferences and price range, then we had a rough itinerary and quotation within a few days - covering flights, transfers, hotels and hire car, all without us having to sort anything. We then wanted a few additions (as it was our honeymoon) and Leo was happy to liaise directly with the hotels on our behalf to sort all these out. Overall we had a wonderful honeymoon and would 100% book our holidays through just journeys in the future. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from an amazing holiday in Antigua to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary which was superbly organised by Leo! We gave him some challenges in terms of our changing requirements and he managed to resolve them all. We would thoroughly recommend this travel agents!

Fantastic experience: A fantastic team and I would highly recommend. Great at suggesting and sourcing great deals - they work really hard to make sure the trip is just right for you. They also stepped up brilliantly during the global chaos of the 2020 lockdown, cancelling our multi-stop trip for us and managing to get us back all the money we'd spent - making the whole process stress free. When we're able to book the trip again we know who we'll be asking to help us sort it!!

Fantastic experience: It's difficult to find the words to praise Just Journey enough (one of my excuses for taking a while to write this review)! Without doubt Leo and Alistair are absolute gems and I will be eternally grateful for what they achieved for us. It was no easy challenge that we set them either. A two week trip to Zambia encompassing city time in Lusaka, safari time in Zimbabwe and Botswana, and chill time in Livingstone, including a visit to the magnificent Falls. There was a lot riding on this trip as well, for various reasons, and I wanted to make sure it was a really special experience for my wife and daughter. At first I manfully tried to put a package together myself but I soon realised that this was going to take far more time and effort than I expected. Having read about Just Journey in the local press, and wanting to support local businesses, I decided to call in for an informal chat. There I met with Leo who greatly reassured me that they could help, and save us money to boot! We then also met with Alistair who listened to our brief, did a lot of research, and provided suggestions, including some based on his personal experience of the locality. They painstakingly put together a complete, customised, two week itinerary for us to consider. They then patiently discussed various alternative options with us until we arrived at the final solution that met our hopes, and also our budget. In summary Leo and Alistair are very knowledgeable, very patient, so helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to put their customers first. Suffice to say we had an absolute dream of a trip, with great experiences, and overflowing with very special lifelong memories. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: We recently returned from a 40 day trip to Australia organised by them. This was quite involved as it included 6 flights, 2 stop overs, car hire, staying in 7 different places (one twice), 6 transfers, two stays in accommodation they don’t use and a break in the middle to stay with family. This was done with lots of consultation taking into account our wishes and expectations. Before we left we were taken through each step and given a clear summary and all relevant paperwork. As part of this they checked the best value flights and routes plus best value for things to do in the places we visited. We were given clear information of how to contact them if necessary and when there was a minor hiccup, with a provider, they quickly resolved it and confirmed the changes by WhatsApp. Our main contact was Leo. He is a friendly and jovial character who listened to what we wanted and provided it. At all times during the planning and booking we had regular contact from him. Having used various companies to book tailor made holidays Just Journey rank up there as the best, that they are local also meant we were able to drop in if we had any queries. We have no reservations in recommending them and will certainly use them for our next trip.

Fantastic experience: Just had the holiday of a lifetime in Singapore and Bali organised by Alistair from Just Journey. We had four flights, a cruise, three hotels and numerous transfers. Everything went like clockwork, Alistair’s choice of hotels was perfect, the highlight staying in the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore and swimming in their infinity pool. I would have no hesitation in recommending Just Journey to anyone.

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Thailand after trying a local independant agent & finding them to be really unhelpful, Just Journey were recommended to us. Fantastic experience: Alistair designed a tour for me to fly to the North of Scotland and return by First Class Rail in Three Stages. At 80 and travelling alone I looked forward to an uneventful ,nay boring journey. The plan being excellent in all details. It was nothing to do with Just Journey that things did not go to plan. None of the unusual events were due to Just Journey at all. When called upon they reacted immediately and to excellent effect . The events or non events which happened were all solvable with money Back home I claimed it back from all the Rail Companies and other Firms who were responsible and I have been reimbursed. When travelling, my advice is make sure you have access to enough funds to get out of trouble and wait until getting home before expending any energy on getting wound up about shortcomings. I will go alone again, and get Just Journey to book it and have, I hope, another interesting time! Just perhaps in a different kind of way

Fantastic experience: After dealing with Alistair for over 6 months now I haven’t got a bad word to say. We were looking at planning a 4-5 month trip as our honeymoon and didn’t know where to start! After bumping in to Just Journey at a wedding fair in Colwick, we went to visit their office and everything has been straightforward since. Different flights & tours have been shown to us and booked for us with no issues. Never had anything pushed on us - very relaxed and always happy to help. We’re now a short period away from travelling and Alistair is even helping us with Visa information. Would recommend to anyone looking to plan a trip whether short or long

Fantastic experience: Have just returned from the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. We wanted to have a holiday at the same time, so had been recommended to visit Just Journey to help with all the arrangements. Alistair was our travel agent, who not only assisted us in finding the right hotel and Grand Prix package he made sure we were 100% happy with everything before we booked. It didn’t matter how many times I changed my mind, or needed help with understanding various aspects of the trip, he always dealt with my queries efficiently, quickly and with good humour. My family and I will definitely use Just Journey again and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to fellow travellers.

Fantastic experience: Leo was extremely helpful with giving us advice for our holiday to Peru. Although in the end we have chosen to organise it ourselves due to cost, Leo gave us some great ideas and advice for the trip. Fantastic experience: Just a quick review to say that we've just booked 15 nights in Mexico. The person we spoke to was very helpful in suggesting a 2 bedroom suite and he gave us a really good deal. Looking forward to March, when we go. We will defiantly come back for future holidays as the agent wasn't pushy and understood all our needs. A great addition to West Bridgford. (March 2017) Edited to add: (June 2018) We’ve just returned from our 2nd holiday put together by Just Journey and yet again the service we received from Leo and Alistair was faultless. We had a problem selecting seats together on our flights and Leo sorted the problem within half an hour. The knowledge that the team have over the hotels they supply was fantastic, they really do know their stuff! We had a slight problem with our room locations when checking in but after contacting the office and taking their advice, we sorted the issue promptly. He went above and beyond on a bank holiday weekend and I would recommend everyone book with Just Journey if you want holidays made to suit you with a personal touch at a great price.

Fantastic experience: With some reluctance I decided to use a travel agent to book a family holiday to Florida. I am someone who really enjoys researching and planning holidays and love the independence of travelling. However, I was really strapped for time and needed to get the holiday booked. I am now completely converted. My experience of using Just Journey was exceptional. Alistair carefully listened to the holiday we wanted and put together a fantastic itinerary and then coped with numerous tweaks and questions with understanding and patience. He offered us excellent advice and much of his advice was personal and based on his firsthand experience. His choice of hotels really met our expectations. The car hire more than met our needs. The flights and timings were perfect. The holiday was perfect. During our holiday we reflected on the hours it would have taken to put together a similar holiday ourselves and how delighted we were with what Alistair had done. There really is no going back now! I can’t recommend Alistair and Just Journey enough 

Fantastic experience: We have booked twice with them now and had two successful trips, to Berlin and to Reykjavik. They offer a local, personal service which makes planning and getting questions answered very easy. A problem we had while travelling was quickly sorted by email. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic experience: We've used Just Journey twice now. We asked Leo to organise a week's holiday in February, we were thinking about Estonia and he suggested Riga in Latvia. Which was a good choice as it was sooooooooooo cheap and there was so much to do and see there. Alistair arranged a 2 week tour of Eastern Canada from Toronto to Halifax. And again we had a fantastic time. He sorted out flights, car hire, hotels and an excursion. It all went smoothly and we had a brilliant time. Will be using Just Journey again as they did such a good job both times.

Fantastic experience: We have recently booked a six week holiday to Australia using Just Journey. Leo was very efficient and tailor made the holiday to our liking offering expert advice and suggestions when needed. It was certainly a stress free process. Recommended.

Negative experience: Sometimes it goes wrong doesn't it Leo not very keen to accept responsibility then are we Leo. Last September Leo booked us an Italian adventure somehow he managed to book us into a backpacking hostel he hadn't done his homework very well claimed he didn't know it was a hostel totally ruined our experience of Italy and then blamed me for choosing the hostel even though it was on his recommendation. Even when I told him it was a hostel he still said it was suitable for my needs. Obviously doesn't know quite as much as he claims he does. If he has booked anything for you please check it out before you go because he won't want to help you when things go wrong.
