The ladies were amazing at giving options, even saying take the night to think it over, which we loved as no pressure given. The next day we called back and our holiday was sorted. Positive experience: The initial visit to this TUI location I found to be immensely helpful. Since there's so many holidays listed online, the staff were invaluable with their knowledge on what the best locations are for snorkelling, water sports, quiet spots etc etc. It helped narrow down our options a lot. Sadly where the experience loses points is in the follow up information we were given. We were initially told to order currency through them for pickup, which we did in store on the day, and then when trying to arrange pick up were told by the assistant manager that they actually can't get that particular currency (egyptian pounds) and we must have been told wrong by the previous staff member. All information online also advises that the airport visa is paid for in American dollars, so we took some out, but then upon arrival there was a TUI specific visa checkpoint that filtered us through a fast track and only took GBP. It would have been handy to be told this by TUI prior to departure, so we weren't worrying about visas in the run up. TUI pushes you to use the app for all updates and information, but information such as coach numbers do not release until you land, and there was no airport WiFi in hurghada to open the app and check. Thankfully there was a man with a clipboard outside the airport, but again, the information was just a bit confusing. Finally, the TUI rep in our hotel advised all guests to tip/pay for anything in any currency you like, so not to worry about exchanging, all is accepted everywhere - this was false. Most vendors heavily preferred egyptian pounds, and we had an awkward first day before managing to change some money. Some of this I am sure is fluke error but overall it was just a clumsy experience booking a trip with TUI. I have previously only had holidays with individual booked flights + Air bnb, this all inclusive TUI package was meant to be a treat to save the hassle and have everything arranged stress-free for me. Sadly this just wasn't the case. I recognise some of this review isn't the fault of this location and staff specifically, but for TUI as a company.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to share the really professional service we have had yet again from the TUI store in West Bridgford. We were meant to go to Rhodes this summer but due to the fires, had to change, this was handled swiftly and professionally by the staff, who were able to find us a hotel and resort they knew would suit us and our teenage children. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was catered for; plane seats, Escape Lounge at the airport and room allocations, (which are complicated because there are 8 of us!) We have already booked with TUI again next year because we trust the staff and know the service will be second to none. Their knowledge of resorts and hotels is invaluable and they temper this with knowing our families needs and requirements. A huge thanks for getting this right for us every year.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had decided the time had come for us to have our first cruise experience. As this was a completely new experience for us, and with many options available we decided to make a visit to our local TUI store in West Bridgford. We were warmly greeted by Anna who was extremely knowledgeable and patient in answering all of our questions about cruising and how to maximise our experience. She talked us through upgrade options and methods of payments and explained how to book excursions and even gave us knowledge of the ports of call on our itinerary. We have since been back in store to use some vouchers towards our cruise and again Anna was extremely helpful. I would recommend a visit to this store for anyone in a similar situation if Anna's professionalism is anything to go by, your experience will be positive.

Fantastic experience: We visited the Tui Holiday Store in West Bridgford on 23 January 2023 and we were immediately impressed with the friendly feeling of the branch. In particular we were straight away warmly greeted by a lady representative named Georgina. She was very welcoming and smiled throughout the very efficient service that she gave. She was very patient with our many questions and was very knowledgeable about the holiday we were enquiring about. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to talk face to face with Georgina instead of just pressing keys on a computer keyboard! The whole experience was great and consequently we booked our family holiday with confidence. A huge "Thank You' to Georgina and to Tui for still having a travel store on our local high street.

Everything was effortless and all sorted within a matter of hours, from sorting where to go as well as helping us with our travel money cards. They gaged where was best for us to travel to and after going we realised they were completely right!
