Fantastic experience: Used their services to book my flight from London to Islamabad. I was a bit of picky about the dates and layoff time. Bothered them a lot, Sana was the one who was assigned to me and took care of me and I must say their services are at par. Gonna use their services for the next time and would refer them as well

Negative experience: Really bad experience. I booked my return tickets online. Used 1 way ticket only. They refused to refund me the money from the ticket that was not used. Tried to contact them numerous times. They blocked me on WhatsApp. Spoke to airlines who said travel agents have the refund. Used the money for themselves SCAMMERS. Thieving people. Would definitely not recommend. Absolute liars. Would avoid using them.
