Negative experience: Would never book a holiday at the ilkeston store again. After booking a holiday and going to pay the remaining balace stated on our paperwork that was given to us to arrive at the store and be told it had been worked out wrong so now we owed nearly double of what we thought. We would not have booked this holiday at that price. Was told either pay it or cancel it and lose deposits through no fault of our own. Even showing paperwork we was given. Absolutely disgusting. We had no choice but to pay to now be left with no spending money for activities.

Fantastic experience: We visited with my sister in law to book her first holiday abroad. We were treated like royalty. Nothing was too much trouble for the young lady helping us. She spent almost three hours going through everything.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for the ladies who work in this branch I came in to sort out a travel money card and the app … they all greeted me with smiles and were so very helpful … I must have been having a bad day that day but credit to your staff in the Ilkeston branch .. and thank you again you lovely ladies!!!
