Positive experience: Overall I was happy with the service and I will use their service again. They arrived on time for both pickups from and to the airport. The drivers were also friendly. The overall price was also good. Areas for improvement: - On arrival to the airport, it would be good if drivers stand with a board that has my name on it. I had to look for my driver. - The quality and cleanliness of the car could be improved a great deal. With all of that said, it’s a good service that I will use again.

Negative experience: I am trying to contact your office since morning but not received any response and also after paying online not received any confirmation for pickup my confirmation number is PP2411743619 waiting your confirmation since 2 or 3 hrs. Calling on your customer care number many +442030629503 times but no one is responding. Ill write detailed review after a day. Awaiting your email

Fantastic experience: An excellent service both ways, would not hesitate to use them again. On arrival the driver waited nearly an extra hour as our arrival was delayed. On departure he was at our hotel earlier than scheduled to ensure we did not feel rushed. He took charge of our bags, loaded them onto the executive mini coach each way! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: It was worth paying for the peace of mind to make it in time for an early flight out of Sapporo airport from Niseko. The buses and train weren't an option so I paid for private transfer. The car was 15 minutes early, the car was comfortable and the ride uneventful. Exactly what I needed.

Positive experience: The service was dependable and kept in contact with me. It was easy to make changes on the app and response was right away. I would use again. I didn't realize was a zoo the San Juan Port is with hundreds of taxis and people. Our driver had us walk outside of the port area to get into his car. It was good not to have to wait in an extremely long line of taxis but was difficult trying to get ourselves and our luggage over the rough uneven road.

Fantastic experience: Strongly recommended and we will surely return for their service. Our flight was delayed for 6 hours, and our communication with the operation team (during and after office hours) has been effective. Although they couldn't instantly confirm that the driver will be able to accommodate the altered schedule (considering the communication was done during the wee hours of the morning), we were very delighted to note that upon landing in Kansai Airport, the driver has been diligently waiting for us and sent us private WhatsApp messages relating to pick up instructions. Good service!

Fantastic experience: Driver was waiting well ahead of our arrival time, called to say where to meet and was polite and helpful throughout. Traffic in Paris was very busy on 21st Dec but the driver was well able to adapt the route and got us there very promptly. A great service and I’ll definitely use you again.

Fantastic experience: Booked this on the internet and took a punt. had initial concerns as didn’t know anything about the company and didn’t read the reviews and when we arrived at the airport the driver wasn’t there (albeit our plane was slightly late). Tried ringing the emergency number but there was no answer….i thought here we go and as I thought that I got a text saying the driver was 5 minutes away. Right on cue he arrived and the trip was no problem at all. On the return leg it went as smooth as clock work with the driver arriving early and even avoiding the traffic so we got to the airport well ahead of time. I shouldn’t have been so concerned initially as this is a great company and I would definitely use them again and recommend them

Fantastic experience: Seamless service, the driver adjusted as there was a delay because the airport didn't bring the steps to the plane out for 20 minutes. The driver was very patient and waited. On the return trip the driver turned up early and patiently waited. Very efficient service that allows for adjustment. Both drivers were professional and pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 bookings for pick up to different places. Booking confirmation was very fast. Drivers can communicate in English and Chinese. Vehicle is comfortable for up to 5 pax. I had 1 large and 2 medium luggages and 2 cabin size. Friendly drivers and punctual. I booked the transfer just 1 day before my departure, confirmation was fast. Driver also contacted me directly to confirm my pick up location. Good experience with the drivers and booking system.

Fantastic experience: The driver arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and made sure we arrived safely at the hotel in Tokyo from Narita. The vehicle was comfortable and we were able to transfer all of our luggage without a problem. The price was reasonable and it was a lot less hassle than trying to navigate the train system with 4 pieces of luggage. I would use this service again!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this taxi company during our recent trip from Abu Dhabi Airport to our hotel. We specifically paid extra for car seats for our very young children, but upon arrival, they failed to provide them without any explanation. Traveling for a long journey without proper car seats was not only unsafe but also illegal in our home country. The lack of professionalism and care for our family's safety was shocking and unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone traveling with young children to avoid this company. Our experience was extremely frustrating, and I cannot recommend them based on this poor service. There are plenty of other options out there that prioritize customer safety and satisfaction.

Negative experience: Very UNSAFE company. Went with this company as they were providing car seats (at an extra cost!) and we wanted this as we were travelling with 2 very young chidren for an hour long journey. So i paid extra for the 2 car seats when booking, and none were provided when the taxi whowed up compromising the safety of my children. The driver just shrugged and said they didnt have any. No response from the company regarding why I wasn't provided any nor the offer of a refund for the additional car seats that weren't provided. They have just ignored my calls and messages and not replied. Very unprofessional and unsafe company. Would not recommend this company and would advise anyone else to avoid them.

Fantastic experience: Real easy booking service and fantastic communication. Driver Ashneel P is such a lovely guy , we were communicating via WhatsApp before I took off and he was waiting as promised. Very smooth and safe drive from Suva to my final destination on the Coral Coast. Vehicle was immaculate, was climate controlled really couldn’t ask for anymore and cannot recommend high enough , the easiest review I’ve ever written.

Fantastic experience: Arrived 10 min early and texted picture of the vehicle and said meet when we were ready. When we came out, the driver opened doors of vehicle, and grabbed/loaded our bags. We arrived at JFK ahead of schedule. Very efficient and comfortable ride.

Fantastic experience: We had the same driver from and back to the airport. He was very helpful, friendly and his car was comfortable. Our flight was slightly delayed and we had to contact the emergency number. We got straight through (via WhatsApp which was very useful) and the lady we spoke to sorted exactly where we could meet our driver.

Fantastic experience: This service was good value for money. It cost 159 euro return for 3 Adults and 1 child in mini van taxi so plenty of room for our suitcases and luggage. Fantastic experience: I booked a transfer from LAX to the Los Angeles World Cruise Center. Our driver Ahmed got in touch with me the day before our flight and we exchanged updates. Ahmed picked us up curbside at LAX and delivered us safely to our destination. He was very professional and the rate was very reasonable. I would book an airport transfer using this company again.

Fantastic experience: Paris Dec 2024. Great rates. Excellent communication! It’s important your cell phone has cellular on (just WiFi won’t be able to answer/make calls or texts with the driver.) On time and easy to find. Drivers were friendly and respectful. Cars were clean and comfortable. Felt safe the entire time.

Fantastic experience: Driver Paolo was super punctual and chatted with us when he realised we were from a place he used to frequent in his previous job. It was a lovely drive to the airport with him giving various pointers for our luggage and airline check-in.

Positive experience: Our flight was delayed more than an hour but driver was nice and kept on communicating with us to reassure us he would be there to receive us when we arrived despite almost 2 hours waiting. The vehicle was clean and spacious for our family of 5. When we reached the hotel, the driver waited to ensure we were at the correct hotel before going off as we arrived at the hotel at 2.30am. He even went in with me to the receptionist to confirm we were at the correct hotel. Thanks to the driver for his professional attitude.

The car arrived within minutes and the driver was friendly courteous and gave some suggestions of places to visit in Sydney. Took us straight to the hotel in a very clean and comfortable car. The driver sent us a WhatsApp message to let us know where he would be standing when we had collected our luggage at Prague airport, the car was clean and fresh and the driver was polite. We had the same driver for our return journey to the airport, he messaged to let us know his exact arrival time and the vehicle he was driving and was at all times polite.

Fantastic experience: First time using the service. I had a short window to get from the airport to a studio for a workshop, so I wanted a straightforward and reliable solution. The whole experience couldn't have been smoother. Emrah was polite & friendly and (as a woman travelling alone) I felt completely safe. I even arrived at the studio ahead of time. Fantastic experience: As always - everything went according to plan and driver, Luis, was waiting for me as I exited arrivals. Very pleasant drive to hotel. I had to amend the pick up time for return journey that was much easier done through Luis than the website but it all worked out in the end. Fantastic experience: This service was absolutely amazing :) Both times there and back the two men were on time if not early. They were in contact before both times to confirm times and pick up details. Both were so so helpful and friendly, and help load and unload all our baggage. We were able to install my sons car seat too that we were bringing to the airport to travel with so easily. The two vehicles we were in were so spotless super clean and felt super luxurious :) we will be 100% recommending them and using them again on our next trips

The driver was slightly late on the way home (less than 10 minutes), but this was communicated to us. His previous pick up was late. We would recommend and definitely use again. Positive experience: When we arrived, we could not find our driver. Had to call to find him. The vehicle we got was not the one assigned to us as the driver informed us there was a change. We were suppose to get a van style but got a small sedan which I thought would not fit our luggage. However it did. Even thou we ran into this problem, the driver we got was very friendly and informative. He helped us get our luggage in and out of the car. Told us about the area as we were going to the hotel. Our driver we got for going to the airport was friendly but quiet. He was early at pick up time which was great and the be home we got was a nice small mini van. He was helpful getting out our luggage from the van.

Fantastic experience: Wow what an amazing find . We had taken a car service just a month before in Japan with another company for more than double the cost of this company. I was a little nervous they would not show or that car would be run down . To the contrary, they communicated multiple times via email and WhatsApp to make sure location was correct and to confirm pick up. Car was so clean and comfortable, so so happy with the service . Negative experience: Booked a pick up and return to Brussels Airport, when I communicated with the company which I think they subcontract with to do the actual driving via whatsapp they were somewhat rude but I didn't press it, I'm anxious so ‍♀️ despite messaging back and forth the day of they were not there, when I called when waiting there was a "mistake" and when I canceled the return, because obviously I don't trust the company, they didn't refund the credit card fees, so I prepaid 246 Euros weeks in advance, and was refunded 240 Euros because I guess the credit card fees are nonrefundable despite it being their breach of contract. This was my first time in Belgium and the reason I booked it was for peace of mind. Instead I was left stranded after 20 hours of travel and not even issued an apology or fill refund. I would steer clear.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from Ben messaged me 24 hrs before our flight to assure us he was going to be there . Ben provided us the best service . Green tea and fruit he provided for himself in his own expenses . Which we didn’t expect at all. Vehicle was very comfy. During our journey he was informing us what we can do and can’t do in Japan. As we were in Kyoto central he drove through giving us a brief history about the imperial palace etc. we are overall very impressed with his service . Car was very clean and spacious .

Fantastic experience: October 2024 return booking: Easy to use website. Very friendly, helpful, respectful drivers. I travelled with a hardcase bike box and simply specified the special size luggage on the booking website. Both drivers (to & return) showed up with a luggage hitch to transport the bike. Picked-up at the specified time. Our driver contacted our host when we arrived at our destination to make sure it was the proper location and waited for the host to arrive. Outstanding service!
