Fantastic experience: Phoned up Tui because we were having problems booking online. When you get through the automated section on the phone you get put through to an actual store not a call centre. We were fortunate to be put through to the Kirkcaldy store in Fife were a wonderful member of staff called Katie answered the call. Katie really looked after us, in an efficient and friendly manner, she couldn't have been more helpful. If your local to the Kirkcaldy store I'd recommend calling in to see Katie if you want to book an holiday. The next time I'm looking to book a vacation, I might even phone rather than book online. Thank you Katie, keep up the good work.

After a phone call a week or so ago after the website crashed during booking, she had to speak to someone as she also had trouble booking said holiday, she phoned back within 10 minutes booked our holiday and waited on the phone until I had received all the documents and sent a follow up email to see if there was anything else she could do! She has since been in touch with the hotel to inform them the holiday is our honeymoon to see if they can do anything to make our holiday even more special. Thanks for everything Katie!

Fantastic experience: Shannon was brilliant, soooo helpful. Before we knew we could get our first choice so that we could be with our friends, she offered options (a hotel down the road) which might have been feasible too. She was going to write to each hotel to ensure that we could visit each other without issue! In the end, she managed to get us into the resort with our mates so a big win ( for this she had to work across various different booking sites) So very personal service. THANK YOU!! Fantastic experience: I called the store as I was trying to book online yet couldn’t find an option for private transfers. The staff are fantastic, helped me with exactly what I needed plus I got extra discount as they had a discount code which I’d overlooked online. Fast efficient service and very informative. Fantastic experience: Great booking experience I phoned TUI in Kirkcaldy and had the pleasure of speaking with Katie. She was very efficient and took down all the specifications that we were looking for on our holiday. We are a family of 5, travelling with a disabled child, so I was quite anxious to find somewhere wheelchair accessible and inclusive. Katie found exactly what we were looking for, sending me a full specification of the hotel. This  explained where the ramps were, where there were steps, and also requesting a ground floor room for us. It was great to have all the information about the accessibility of the hotel so we know for certain that it will be suitable for us. Katie took me through the booking process. She made it all so easy. She was kind, polite, and gave great customer service. I really appreciate all her help as she has made something I was extremely anxious about so easy and explained everything very well. Thank you, Katie. i really appreciate all of your help

Our last holiday was booked through Laura at the Kirkcaldy store who was a great help , got us a great deal with the holiday. Hotel was fab and just what we had been looking for . Luckily Laura had also been on holiday there so was able to advise us with great places to visit while there. The process was easy and quick, normally I would do it online and spend hours looking through package holidays and getting completely confused. Thanks again Laura. Will definetly book with Tui (and Laura) again.

Fantastic experience: Was struggling to find our ideal family holiday for 2024 online so went into the Kirkcaldy branch, we told Laura everything we were looking for and she managed to find a holiday which ticked all the boxes. Would never have found it online looking myself so really does pay off to go instore, there are even better deals to be found than what’s online too! Fantastic experience: I have booked multiple holidays with Tui, the store in Kirkcaldy particularly. Cheryl has worked for the company for years and she is phenomenal at her job. I give her my rough budget and some hints at the experiences I would like to have without a shadow of doubt she gets to work and never lets me down. I have 2 teenage sons and thanks to cheryl, I have travelled the world with them and made the most incredible memories/experiences. I have never booked a holiday with tui and not enjoyed myself. I know booking through tui I always have contentment and security of knowing I am going to have a good time, no matter the destination. I cannot recommend Tui Kirkcaldy & Cheryl enough to start planning and creating your families next experience, she really does go above and beyond to make our dreams come true.

We were looking for a holiday that had plenty of things to do but also places to lie back and relax and she showed us a variety of options and specifications as well as activities and airport parking. She also looked into parking at the hotel in case we decide we would like to hire a car whilst out there. Lastly she put our kind at ease in regards to travel insurance and sorted it out for us before we left. Will definitely book with Katie and TUI again!

Fantastic experience: Having used TUI Kirkcaldy to book all our holidays we set another challenge for Cheryl to find us two holidays with all our requirements and within budget. Negative experience: Not great - I phoned the store for a new season Marella cruise brochure and that I would call in that afternoon for the brochure. They agreed but when I called in an hour or so later the shop was closed for a staff meeting (party). The staff were all inside but didn't come to the door so I left without a brochure. I have since booked a cruise with another company.
