Fantastic experience: All it took was less than half hour and Ellie produced a fantastic hotel and everything I hoped for. My friends had already booked earlier in the year but Ellie managed to get seats on the aircraft next to them for me and she also organised my gluten-free diet both in the hotel and on the flight. I am late 70’s and having the stress taken out of organising a 2 week holiday at my age was very much appreciated . Thank you soo much Ellie

Fantastic experience: I visited the Whitely store this afternoon for help choosing a Villa Holiday. Fantastic experience with Emma who was knowledgeable, listened and supported my needs, and helped me find the perfect holiday. I was feeling slightly stressed finding the right thing. Emma alleviated the stress, she did not rush me, she took time to go through things and most of all I left the store feeling very excited for our upcoming holiday! Huge thank you Emma, you have reminded how good it is to come into store, chat things through and have the benefit of your expertise. I found the face to face experience joyful and left feeling very happy!

Fantastic experience: Amazing amount of time spent with Jessy at the Whiteley branch where she was able to share her personal knowledge and experience of a holiday by answering all of our questions to the point it reassured us to book with her that same day. I couldn't fault TUI in any capacity as they knew everything we were unsure of. Fantastic experience: Just booked Lapland for next year with Tui in Whiteley. Chenise who booked the holiday for us was superb. Knowing the best place to go for the experience we wanted. Unbelievable knowledge, which made our choice easier. Did everything for us, inc planning our itinerary. The rest of the staff once we mentioned Lapland all seemed to get excited, and offered some useful tips etc. Booked many a holiday in the Whiteley store, and will continue too, as the staff are so good! Cheers guys!!! Update- May 2025- we recently booked our honeymoon with Louise at Whiteley TUI. She was brilliant and had the patience of a saint as me and my partner had different ideas of what we wanted! We did book a trip (yay) Louise followed up with us with insurance and ideas for local trips we might like to add. Thank you Louise!

Fantastic experience: I booked a week in Majorca on line and within a week I had changed my mind couldn’t do anything so went into Whiteley shop hoping they-could help us out. We let a lovely lady called Rebecca and she helped us choose another holiday same time same airport to Lanzarote even transferred our seats on the plane we were there about an hour time well spent she was a really helpful and nice person will always go there from now on great experience would recommend to friends and family and anyone whose trying to book a holiday

Fantastic experience: Firstly thank you to Jessy, extremely helpful in assisting us with our booking. She was great with information and options available to us to make our choice. Also explaining some of her own experiences to aid us. Whitley branch is excellent with great staff would highly recommend and would use again and again.

Fantastic experience: We were walking past the TUI store and decided to pop in to see if there were offers that interested us. Chenise was so helpful. We were looking for a holiday in March. After finding a holiday that interested us Chenise searched and found the same holiday in May for £400 cheaper. We immediately booked and are now looking forward to our trip. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: We were able to ‘fine tune’ our choice of resort after speaking to Kirsty. It appears that several of the staff in the Whiteley store had taken holidays at the same resort and were pleased to share their experiences. Much better than booking from the brochures or online. Will book our future trips via the Whiteley store - we even got a hot drink but weren’t allowed to keep the Tui mugs.

Fantastic experience: Just booked another holiday with them, Emma always helpful and thorough, got a marvellous deal, received email confirmation immediately. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The TUI website seems to be awkward so much more convenient to use this branch. All staff polite and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Kirsty for arranging my 4day trip to Iceland for my daughter's birthday to see the Northern Lights. Its so much nicer to sit down and talk to someone like Kirsty with all the knowledge and experience of the place rather than trying to do it all online and getting it wrong and have questions unanswered. Fantastic experience: Firdt time using the whitely store to book but today we Booked our DREAM family holiday with Jessy! After a few technical issues with the flights (3rd party issue not a tui issue!) Jessy spent a good amount of time on getting us to the hotel we wanted and flights to DISNEY all whilst keeping our little girls entertained and involved in store aswell Jessy was helpful in helping us with our attraction tickets also and very efficient. Thankyou Jessy! To add, we've always chosen tui for our family holidays and have had nothing but great holidays and no issues atall!
