Fantastic experience: Completed my holiday booking for May 2026, with Natalie who was very helpful as their was an issue with the online booking I was trying to make. Checked through all the details and managed to get the seats allocated correctly on the plane for the outward and return journey which wasn't working on the website. Talked through the payment dates and got discount applied to the booking which wasn't available on the website so glad I'd made the phone call to complete this holiday booking. Has sent through details of excursions for use to consider and gave me contact details should I have further questions. Great service and was happy making this booking.

Liam understood our needs and found us a perfect holiday without feeling like we were being pressured to book something - which we have experienced in other stores. Fantastic experience: We have booked two holidays recently and have been assisted in both cases with tremendous help by the staff who had experience of the resort and the hotels that we wanted.They advised us in a courteous and efficient manner including making requests of the hotel on our behalf.We originally looked at the holiday online and then went to the store to discuss it and eventually booked them easily and with the minimum of fuss, they also advised us on the current passport requirements that need to be met.We can't speak to highly of the assistance that we received which made the booking very simple and also reassuringly comfortable for us.We just hope that everything else in the holiday supply chain runs as smoothly and easily as this has then we are onto a winner and we will be back and hopefully book another holiday with the assistance and knowledge from the staff again

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service. We went to TUI after looking online and visiting the other 2 local travel agents in the town centre. Our agent Alexandra listened to all our requests on the wish list and gave some fantastic choices to us. She made plenty of suggestions and made us feel that this was definitely the right holiday for our family. We were walked through the options and went for a couple of upgrades but Alex still made every effort to get a better price for us and apply some extra discounts. If this is the level of service everyone gets then I will never choose another operator again.
