Fantastic experience: I'm a little late leaving this review, however, we used connect cars for an airport transfer to Manchester for a family wedding in May. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to let the taxi go first time. They were very courteous and understanding and eventually were able to supply us with a second driver to get us to our flight on time. As everyone else says, they are a top class professional team. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future. Again thank you for your excellent service.

Fantastic experience: When we were looking for a return journey to Leeds/Bradford airport we phoned a few companies who, shall we say, were less than professional. But after speaking with Shaami we were impressed with the information given and the manner in which it was delivered. The driver Siam ( apologies in advance for the spelling of his name ) was amazing, he went above and beyond what you would expect from a driver and WHEN we book again we will be asking for him. 5 stars from truly satisfied customers.

Fantastic experience: We used these guys for the second time in June 24 . They are the best in South yorkshire , and I've done a lot of travelling . I have already booked them for August 24 and will book them again for Christmas. The drivers are good guys and the cars are immaculate , They answer texts and emails quickly and are there to pick you up . On time never late. I now won't use anyone else .I can't recommend enough . Book them then relax it's done .

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Connect Cars twice a month for 2.5 - 3 hour trips for the last 7 months and have nothing but great things to say about this business. The cars are always impeccably clean, comfortable and spacious, there is bottled water offered and I’m always helped with my bags and getting the door without having to ask. They are always perfectly on time, and flexible with pick-up time changes whenever I have asked. The drivers are so friendly and polite, and happy to make small talk or just leave me to read my book with my headphones on if I want to. Their driving is always safe and smooth and I feel in very safe hands whenever I travel with them. 5 stars isn’t high enough!

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience using this company . Booking a taxi for a journey from Rotherham to Manchester airport . My call was answered by a friendly voice who gave me the information I needed and did my booking for the following day . I received a confirmation text shortly after the call . On the journey ‘s day I received a text which I had to answer and inform the means of payment . Afterwards on the time of picking up on that rainy day I got to meet the driver who was a nice young man who kindly helped me with my suitcase and the carry on bag into the car . During the ride we had a very pleasant and friendly conversation . He took good time to kindly talk about the different places that we were driving pass and skilfully chose the calmest and fastest route to the airport on that rainy day . All in all I experienced a nice and pleasant and safe journey to the Manchester airport on a day with rather harsh weather conditions . I am so happy and grateful for the services of this company and would definitely recommend their services to anybody . Special thanks to the kind driver ( Adil) . They track your flight to ensure they are at the airport at the right time if any changes. On the return to the airport, the driver was waiting in the meet and greet aeres with our name displayed.
