Negative experience: I visited this place to enquire about either a pakistani visa or a nadra card upon someone telling me they'll ring me i had to ring them as I heard nothing! Then was told to send my documents in and everything will be sorted for £85 1 week went by heard nothing even though they knew i required it sorting urgently so completed it myself online for £49. Maybe get back to your customers instead of wasting their time! This isn't the first time it happened with a pakistani passport in January too.

CLAIM TO BE INSURED BUT ABTA HAVE NO RECORD OF THEM...... NO INSURANCE SO YOU HAVE NO PROTECTION OR COMEBACK IF THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!! Beware!!! Nice enough taking money from you but have nothing to do with you if you have issues with what they sold you. STAY AWAY January 2021- WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH! I spoke to your staff in the phone who confirmed you had details of my mums ticket, then you text me a few times after the review stating you would not help me. TYPICAL COMEDY SERVICE FROM JOKERS!!!

Negative experience: These lot are mocking it. Not ABTA registered. Sweet and nice when trying to get your money, snakes once theyve got it. Not very Apna ... Is it? Disingenuous business practises. Not impressed. Would not recommend. Also terrible phone etiquette. AVOID!!!
