Positive experience: My friend Jenny & I have just returned from our trip to F1 in Monza. Our lovely hotel in Tremezza was by Lake Como a beautiful location. We enjoyed a trip by ferry to Bellagio and one to Como by local bus returning by ferry. Lesley organised a day trip to St Moritz and the Bernina Express train - a wonderful day with stunning scenery. Our journey back by coach was an experience in itself with our first class coach driver manouevering 13 descending hairpin bends!!! Lesley has made the trip all worthwhile with her attention to detail even our outbound delayed flight from Luton, our car driver meeting us at Malpensa airport Lesley was there at the hotel to greet us in the wee small hours to let us in albeit via the hotel garage!!! Positive experience: I booked with finesse travel for the Hungarian grand prix prior to covid 3 years ago and finally got the opportunity to go in July. I genuinely had an amazing experience and this was in no small way down to Lesley. She has been brilliant in communicating over the lockdown but more importantly, once it was game on... she could not have done more as a host. She is attentive without being over bearing and seeing as this was my first solo outing She made me feel so welcome and comfortable with a level of care that I really am grateful for, I will undoubtedly book with finesse again and highly recommend their service.
