Hays Travel Meadowhall

Fantastic experience: We called into hays a couple of weeks ago & spoke to Beth, she found me & my wife a fantastic 5star hotel in Mellorca Sa Coma, beautiful posh hotel, well maintained grounds, rooms amazing, massive balcony with pool view, very clean, rooms cleaned every day, towels for pool, good food, 5mins walk to beach, Highly Highly Recommend this beautiful hotel, you wouldn't be disappointed, we came back on the Monday 23/07/24 we had to call in to thank Beth for helpful service, very polite & wonderful to speak to. We told Beth that we will be in soon to see her for another holiday. Keep up the good work Beth, thank you.

Negative experience: Booked a cruise for 8 people, we have had such a bad experience with Hays Travel. Flights got changed, lost our original booked seats on the planned flight due to Hayes not checking new documents that they received. Paid extra for the seats, still trying to get refunded! Now lost 3 hours in Hong Kong due to this, no help at all with all of our concerns, waste of time with staff at Meadowhall. One headache after another, collectively we have spent £30k with them. Would never use them again!

Negative experience: I don't know why they can't just give the cheapest price first, instead of applying "discounts" but giving you no idea of what they're for. Not the best holiday buying experience I've had. Knocked another star off because of all the spam I'm getting, I'm getting to the point where I'll miss reminders because of all the rubbish they send me.

Negative experience: Booked the airport lounge at East Midlands airport at the Meadowhall branch the booking was taken by an assistant manager who got it all wrong he even gave the wrong email address to holiday extras resulting in me having to return to the store the next day

Negative experience: Very poor customer service. 28 working days for response. Overpriced holiday. Bad experience.

Negative experience: Getting mixed information people working there tell you all different things and no one seems to know what they are doing

Negative experience: Not a great experience. Very unprofessional. Assistant didn't seem at all interested. Won't go here again.
