Fantastic experience: We visited the store to find a holiday. No specific ideas but our travel advisor Sanchi was so knowledgeable about all major cities in Europe and we ended up booking a long weekend in Marbella. Sanchi went through so many options for us and Barcelona really stood out but have to come back and book with her again for Barcelona . We have looked into so many excursions we want to do and she even cut us a deal. Feeling very happy with our choices.

Fantastic experience: Kaylee was so helpful back in June when my husband and I came in looking for a very last minute honeymoon and having a specific amount to spent. Kaylee made sure we were happy with our holiday selection, even if this meant going through every possible option flying out in the two days we selected. We were so happy with our hotel and the Tui team and look forward to booking our next holiday with Tui!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Tui Caerphilly, a lovely sales rep explained all the different cruises they had on at the minute, and I was skeptical at first because I've never been on a cruise before but the way she painted it in my mind I'm definitely booking one ASAP. Hopefully Demi is there when I do because I'm not sure if they work on commission but she's definitely earned it from mine. Very passionate about what she does and that shows, and sells. Negative experience: Ordered Turkish lira for collection today. Turned up at store to find out it was closed and in the middle of a refurbishment! Shocking service. Website also says it's open. Thank God for Ramsdens.

Thanks Rebecca you are a star. Update. 2 weeks before we were due to fly my partner broke her ankle making it impossible to fly. Unfortunately I hadn't sorted travel insurance out and things were looking grim. Rebbeca at Tui to the rescue. She helped us sort it all with medical verification of my partners broken ankle and putting it to exceptional circumstances. We are now flying next year thanks to Rebecca and the Tui staff in Caerphilly. Absolutely outstanding

Fantastic experience: The staff in this shop are a credit to TUI and to themselves. They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I prefer to use this store than book online as I can get information from the staff that wouldn't be available online. We have booked several times in this store, and each time, the experience was great and the holiday met and quite often exceeded the expectations we had from information gained in-store. TUI - This store should be the blueprint for all TUI stores, its that good!

Fantastic experience: I went to TUI with an idea of a self packaged holiday, travelling to multiple european cities and taking some choiced excursions. Aaron the assistant took all the details and pieced together the package for what will now be a dream holiday. I was surprised on how cheap it resulted and very pleased with how professional and friendly the service was. I will be returning here for my future holidays. Thank you!
