Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Personal Class Travel. Our recent trip to London for my mum's 80th Birthday celebrations, included 2 passengers with limited mobility. David's attention to detail with the configuration of the seats made all the difference. Added to that we had stress free travel with no delays or cancellations like I have recently experienced when I tried to travel by train! David took us on a mini tour of, as we allowed contingency time for the M4, he dropped us right to the door of the Ritz and later, Harrods. If you want stress free, comfortable, good value travel, look no further. One of our passengers said 'David was a treasure. So kind and nothing was too much trouble' and I wholeheartedly agree. Fantastic experience: Transfer from home to Cardiff Airport on 17th September. David James was our driver and we have booked him for our return trip on 1st October. Have used PCR on numerous occasions before and they are always on time. I recommend PCR, it's a 5 plus company.

I booked my tour around Cardiff City and had a lovely message of who was picking me up as well as details of the car registration, model and colour. This was a lovely gesture and reassurance, especially if you are a solo traveller. Absolutely excellent service from Dave and you will not only get a tour around the city but also great advice on where to eat and where to go. I would highly recommend the tour as it gives you a great insight of history and also places to visit. Personal Class Travel also provides transport to and from the airport as well as a personal driving service with the same system as above so you get a message in advance of your driver and no need to carry cash. Absolutely five star service.

Fantastic experience: Great service. Easy to book. We were given really helpful information about our concert, travelling, pick up points etc. We were allowed 30 minutes waiting time to avoid rushing or stressing. Notifications were sent to reassure us that our driver was on our way and had arrived. Our driver also contacted us to ensure everything was ok. Would highly recommend Personal Class Travel.

Fantastic experience: We used Personal Class Travel before lockdown to pick us up from Heathrow after another local Cardiff based provider let us down the morning we were due to fly back. We emailed Personal Class Travel and had almost an immediate response. Their driver David was waiting in arrivals and everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend and will most certainly be using their services again.

Fantastic experience: We used this company for their sightseeing tours when we were in Cardiff to celebrate out 25th wedding anniversary. We initially hired them for two day trips. We are both visually impaired and we found the driver exceptionally helpful, even to the point that he helped us right to the point of boarding the boat for our next part of out day on day 1. The company are extremely flexible. they tailored out second day tour and reverced it so that we could spend the afternoon in Barry Island at our leisure. We enjoyed the first two days of touring with this company that we had 4 hours spare on the 3rd day of our holiday and booked another tour. The company made sure that we had the same driver so as not to duplicate anything. The driver stayed with us the whole time helping us around the shops and attractions that we visited. I would recomend this company to anyone visiting the Cardiff area and would certainly use them again if we re-visited the Cardiff area or if they expanded their service to other cities.

Fantastic experience: The driver was courteous and professional, taking appropriate precautions during the current time of public health disarray. The journey was also much quicker than expected due to good driving and a bit of luck with traffic. A good value service, I would say.

Fantastic experience: EXCELLENT My experience with this company was great, from start to finish. Highly professional service. They sent me texts and emails that confirmed my booking, followed by further communications with the relevant details. They were super fast to respond and very polite. The driver was waiting for me at the airport, found me very easily and took me to my destination. Very nice cars and the driver, Mr David, was very polite. I recommend this service without a doubt. Good value for money as well.
