Fantastic experience: Booking Iceland for January 2025 with blue lotus through Alex was very easy, I added on more trips to the offer you had, anything I ask you were quick to respond to my requests. I would highly recommend them to book your holidays. Great customer service. I am yet to go on this trip so I hope it fulfills my bucket list and my husband enjoys his present.

Fantastic experience: Weve just booked a trip to Krakow! I found blue lotus vacations on fb and enquired straight away. I was speaking to Alex over fb messenger. What can i say; he made sure every need and want was met. Im so fussy, but alex was very understanding and gave me loads of options and even managed to book us into the hotel of my choice. Ive never booked with a travel agent before because it’s always back and forth for weeks and nothing booked, but will definitely be using them again. Would highly recommend Alex, he does his job well, thank you !

Fantastic experience: We had an AMAZING short break to Krakow. Everything was booked through Blue Lotus and worked out perfectly from start to finish. Would definitely use them again for another break.

Negative experience: They book activities online without checking if schedule and distances are possible. It results by cancelling activities at the last minute, ruining local business and bad experience for customers. Lazy people who don't know anything about the country where they organize a trip.

All our trips ran to schedule, we did the northern lights tour such a magical experience as we got to see them, golden circle was mind blowing too, 15 minute walk to the town from our hotel. Fantastic experience: We went to Iceland and I booked through Blue Lotus with agent Nathan.Everything went well. The Northern Lights was no show on the 30th of October but we were allowed to go the next night and we were able to experience it. It was awesome. The the next day we were booked to blue lagoon but the bus was earlier than the given time so we missed it but the agent keep in touch with them and also the receptionist of the hotel to the blue lagoon tour bus and they pick us up again. Then we had a wonderful day at the lagoon. Amazing scenery snow capped mountain and a desert of volcanic rocks and it was snowing while we are soaking in the lagoon. The warm water and the heating steam made us stayed longer...such a nice feeling dipping in the lagoon. Then we explored the city and managed to find the famous church that lighted life aurora borealis on the he ground. Our airport taxi came before the designated time. We had a smooth journey to and fro. What a lovely holiday. I didn't know Iceland would be this lovely evening it's snowy and the road was ax slippery it was enjoyable holiday. There's so much to see and explore. Would like to go back God willing

Fantastic experience: I wanted to take my son to Poland to visit Auchwitz for his 18th birthday as he is big into history and it is on his bucket list. I enquired via Facebook messenger and got hooked up to Nathan who was amazing with package options. We got the flights, hotel, tour and transfers for an amazing price. He even offered to do a birthday surprise in the hotel as a gesture. Very impressed with Nathan's informative and polite service.

Fantastic experience: This is our 2nd holiday booked with Sophie and we are that impressed we’ve already got another 2 future holidays booked! I messaged Sophie and told her I want to visit Cappadocia and Kusadasi and gave the dates I wanted to go on, within an hour I had emails with flight details, hotels, transfers and a payment plan, Everything I asked her for she managed to accommodate for me. The holiday was just perfect other than my luggage not arriving at the airport (which is not BLV fault) the airport staff said they will contact my provider when they locate it. I reached out to Sophie to advise the issue and to keep an eye out for any emails from the airport, BLV jumped straight on it and helped me get my luggage back within 24hrs. I look forward to my next 2 holidays that I’ve booked with BLV and we will continue to book more with them. Thanks again Sophie

It was like £400+ just for flights with easyJet and jet 2 but our whole holiday came to around £400 with hotel and excursions! Fantastic experience: I had booked my flight tickets with Southall Travel for over 10 years. Accidentally I stumbled across BLV and queried how much they charged for a flight from London to chennai. I was shocked to find out I was offered a price that was £200 cheaper per person than what I was being offered at Southall Travel for the same exact flight, same date and same timings. I am only going to be booking my flights from BLV going forward. I also want to thank Yaz for finding such a low fare ticket with Qatar of all airlines. He was so patient with me and answered all my questions in a very professional manner and even called me back at the exact time he said he would call back to finish booking the ticket. He helped save me over £400 and I got more than what I was actually looking for. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Hannah from heaven looked after the variations I required in good humour and diligence. After checking a multitude of flight options we finally settled on a good compromise of dates and prices to accommodate my flexible extension to their set piece. Negative experience: We booked two month long holiday with blue lotus. We visited their slough office and spoke with the main man in Sri Lanka who owns this business. We spent thousands of pounds with them to book flights, excursions and hotels. At every step they made mistakes. No complete information supplied. We two old people are now stuck at the Kuala Lumpur airport waiting for Yaz their man in Sri Lanka to call us and sort the mistakes they have made We have missed our flight to Melbourne from Malaysia, five hours of wait and promises but no response from blue lotus oflr their staff We are tired, fed up and waiting We may have to book hotels at our cost and buy new flights We have paid for our continued holidays for Thailand, kombodia, Vietnam and taivan and we are really scared. Would we have same problems at every port? We so not recommend this holidays company to anyone. Stay away from them We intend to report them to trading standards and sue them for our losses and pain and troubles their miss management is causing us They seemed to have blocked us and now our what's app messages not going We have called Many times but they are not responding And we at the age of 70 and 78 are made to stuck at the airport just because the blue lotus didn't do all the paper work they were supposed to do. Be careful, we will be keep informing the public how our next leg of holidays go. We now have no choice but to buy new tickets at a cost of 1100 pounds from our pocket, or we stay on the premises of Kuala Lumpur airport. What a shame. Do not waste your money with them PARAMJIT AND CHARANJIT 70 AND 77 years old, widower, we're looking for comfort and happiness but are getting ill due to the poor service of blue lotus service

Fantastic experience: I saw a holiday on here to Iceland and as it was on my bucket list I decided to make enquiries. In came Alex. It was such a pleasure to deal with him that the enquiry became a firm booking within days. Alex responded to all questions immediately. He wasn’t pushy at all. Negative experience: I had one of the worst experiences with this company. First of all they ask you to pay the full ticket amount asap,which is fair, and was done by myself. Then in a month they tell you the booking wasn't done by their colleague (this person called Zac is an absolute JOKE) doesn't reply once he knows it's his fault. Then I chase up to find out information.-NO REPLY!!!!!! I ask for my refund, and I'm told it will be given in instalment over months (all this conversation was in MAY 2024) Then I ask to talk to the manager....- Manager TOM promises to get back.. but untill you(me) call ,chase emails, no one gets back to you. Then after a month he come back to me stateing he will process the 'portion' of my payed amount... I chase for a week I get £300 of £1700 (initially paid).... I'm then told the airline will take a month to get back to return the fare amount. Kept chasing since May, June,July,Aug 2024 and in Sept iv got the remaining £400 . This has taken 4 months /minimum installment/continuous chasing/million phonecalls/numerous emails. To get my own money back!!!!! That's after iv emails/chases a staff called Sarah! Called her to discuss.. she doesn't pick the call! Half the staff has no idea what they are talking in regards to queries. PS: when I asked TOM (MANAGER) "WHAT IS TAKING SOO LONG"??. HIS REPLY " ITS LIKE YOU GO TO THE BANK AND WAIT FOR YOUR TURN TO GET YOUR MONEY" bro!!!! I'm asking for the refund... Thank God. Your not a bank! People would be robbed!.IF I DID NOT CHASE AND WAST MY TIME AND PATIENCE WITH THEM I WOULD NEVER GET MY MONEY BACK.

I left it with him for a day or two and what he came with stunned me. The organization and detail of the proposal blew me away. Emirates flights to get there, internal flights, hotels, limousines to carry me around to different excursions was absolutely first class. I was so impressed that I just had to book it. Fantastic experience: I recently booked a dream holiday to the maldives for my wives 40th birthday in April 2025. We had originally booked a jacuzzi beach villa which we were very happy with. We are also taking my 2 children, aged 15 and 11 and was surprised to get a call from Nathan on the 31st October where he told me that I could have an upgrade to a sunset beach villa with picturesque views of the sunset and sunrise at a discounted price. We were overwhelmed with the pictures of our room that he sent us so went ahead and booked it. We cannot wait to travel and cannot recommend Nathan enough for going above and beyond for us. Positive experience: This is my first time booking with Blue Lotus so I'm a little apprehensive, as i dont know anyone else that has booked with them. Hannah has been very patient and helpful with me as I have swapped our itinerary several times. The only thing that worries me is that I have only had an email of confirmation of the holiday and have had to make my payment via a secure link. I have been informed that I should receive an invoice today for the deposit I paid yesterday ( I haven't yet) But I won't receive any paperwork until all my payments have been made ( perhaps someone has experienced this already and can reassure me) Hannah has politely and quickly answered all of the many questions I have had and I have reassured her I will book with her again should this holiday go smoothly, by the way we have booked a multi centre holiday to Thailand. Hannah has been very efficient and has been able to get me a good price.

Fantastic experience: This is our first time with Blue Lotus vacations, im hoping it will be the first of many. We are booked onto a tour of Vietnam Cambodia and Bangkok in Feb 25. I saw the trip advertised on FB and messaged where i was contacted by Sophie. I couldn't believe how she made the whole process so seamless. Any time I contacted her i always got a quick response. Fantastic experience: I just booked a holiday to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Zac helped me customise the holiday to our needs and it looks amazing. Fantastic experience: We have just booked a holiday with Zac. It wasn't an easy task as it's a multi-centred holiday that required a lot of detailed checking.
