Negative experience: If you give your details for a free consult they will not stop contacting you, even if you don't need them! I signed up for an initial free consultation before quickly cancelling as I realised I did not need the service. I politely explained over text and email that I may work with them in the future but at the moment I do not wish to work with the company- however they never responded to any of those and have continued to call via different numbers and email me over the last few months trying to get me to book an appointment. I was genuinely considering using the service for my other visa route as they seem genuine, but this complete disregard of any message relating to not needing the service has put me off entirely. I understand that as a salesperson you tend to be pushy and they really need numbers but this is way too much. I ultimately had to block them as it was getting really annoying and disruptive. I will edit this review if they stop contacting me to reflect that fact.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to alliance Visas by a Austrian friend who'd had both a Canadian & NZ visa approved with this company. They were great from the first conversation & keen to get the ball rolling. I'm not so good at life admin & would have taken time to start the process over Christmas if doing it myself, yet immediately after commissioning Alliance to do the work I had received emails from Canada's immigration declaring my portal open, fantastic! I also don't have a laptop so some information requested was difficult to input, Venus happily did this for me promptly and without question. Even though I had been deported from Europe previously (F****ing Brexit), I was still approved my Canada visa promptly. I like to think this was because the application submitted was right first time, although I did need to request that extra documentation was added to my application to clarify this. Venus was also amazing after approval, ensuring I have everything ready to take, as well as completing my bank account applications. Thanks for your help Alliance team ✌️

Negative experience: Do not use this company, they will waste your money. They processed my visa for three times the original price but failed to meet any of their other obligations. They were able to respond to emails, after consistently chasing them but provided nothing. They couldn’t find me a job, no accommodation, no SIM card, I received nothing else from them: nothing at all. Their version of “help” is responding to an email. One of the last emails I received from them entailed their suggestion of work at a brand of coffee shop that has been discontinued in this city for years…so helpful.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't have done this visa application/process without the help of Venus from alliance visas step by step they guide you on what is the next step and also the really helpful aspect is the fact you can schedule a call if you are unsure about anything I've recommended to family and friends. 10/10 made life easier for sure.

Negative experience: Do not go with this company! They are highly unprofessional, rude and unhelpful! We were told when we went to check in that we needed an ETA, this was our first time hearing about this. It was suppose to be linked to our passports but it was not! We had a an ETA number but were told it was not valid. Explained this to Alliance who are just denying my experience. As for Venus, I have never experienced such rudeness off someone who is suppose to support you and could not care less! Updated: Alliance trying to buy my silence and still discrediting my experience.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Michael was great when I initially started the process with this company, answering any questions I had and showing a huge interest in helping me understand all about the visa application process. Then, I was moved on the Venus who was also great. She made the visa application process really simple and was very responsive and helpful. Now, 6 weeks after I first signed up with Alliance Visas I have had my visa accepted and I am now ready to look for accommodation and a job with the help of the company. Using this company has made this whole process a lot simpler and I am now very confident about this move.

Negative experience: Had a pushy salesman give me a call and pressure me into paying for a visa over 3 months in 2020. The country locked down and NZ locked down very strictly for the next 2-3 years. I asked for a refund having only had a 30 minute consultation on the phone that doesn't justify £320, nothing was in place at that point for the visa to go ahead. During covid I got through to their Canadian team that offered me £160 half of my visa as a refund but I refused this and went away. I've tried recently again to get my money refunded and explained that I now have a lifelong disability where I have to have expensive treatment every 8 weeks through the NHS that costs in excess of £1000 every dose. This would mean travelling to NZ for a work visa would be extremely difficult and extortionate for me now and wouldn't be an option unless free health care could be provided over there. They got back in response to this to say the best they could do was offer me £100 credit off another visa with them and weren't willing to refund me my money. Avoid at all costs, discrimination against a disability.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs! I was misled by Michael, who provided inaccurate information just to get our money. Upon further investigation, I noticed their Mara logo on the website, but the registration number was intentionally blanked out — a huge red flag. Do yourself a favour and choose a properly registered, trustworthy professional. Look for someone who is Mara registered and transparent about their credentials.
