Our comment from TraTraTravel UK about Travel Hub Ltd:
Trusted Partner for Stress-Free Travel
Travel Hub Ltd has established itself as a premier travel agency in the UK, renowned for offering competitive prices and exceptional customer care. With a loyal client base that includes entire families and community groups booking for years, the agency is praised for its reliability and professional service. Whether you are planning a trip to India, a holiday to Dubai, or a complex multi-city itinerary, Travel Hub provides comprehensive support that goes beyond simple ticketing, ensuring a smooth journey from booking to arrival.
Expert Advisors and Personalized Service
The standout feature of Travel Hub is its dedicated team of knowledgeable agents who take the time to understand each traveler's specific needs. Customers frequently highlight staff members such as Hasan, Mayur, Ayush, Jignesh, and Dhara for their patience, expertise, and proactive approach. These advisors are noted for finding the best available deals, explaining complex travel regulations, and providing honest advice on what to expect. This personal touch ensures that every client feels valued and well-informed, turning what could be a stressful process into a pleasant experience.
Flexible Booking and Competitive Pricing
Travel Hub is particularly appreciated for its flexible payment options and attractive fares. Many travelers note that the agency often provides cheaper rates than online platforms, especially for routes to India and popular vacation spots. A key benefit highlighted by customers is the flexibility for flight-only bookings, where a deposit can secure the seat while the balance is paid just before departure. This approach, combined with the ability to arrange complete holiday packages including hotels and transfers, offers great value and peace of mind for budget-conscious travelers.
Comprehensive Support and Emergency Assistance
Beyond standard bookings, Travel Hub offers vital services that assist travelers in navigating current travel requirements. The agency provides convenient PCR and RT-PCR testing services, often with same-day results, which are essential for international travel. Furthermore, the team is commended for handling last-minute changes, rescheduling flights, and assisting with medical requirements or accessibility needs, such as arranging wheelchair assistance. This 24/7 availability and willingness to go the extra mile make Travel Hub a trusted partner for both leisure and business travel.

Negative experience: Will never use the agency again, my gate had changed while I was sitting at the gate in Dubai, BA tried to call me but it seems Travel Hub had put their phone number down as my contact number even though they had my number already. This resulted in me missing my flight. The problem started before where I didn't receive my tickets from an individual called Jalpa even though my mother had called to ask for them a day before we flew out from Heathrow. We was told it will be with us in 10 mins which never came until we was leaving. Agents are meant to make it less stressful but from my experience it had been more stressful.

Fantastic experience: There were 37 of us - Nurses in London on a group tour and I arranged the multi-city flights with Travel Hub. We travelled to Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul then back to London. The staff were extremely helpful, a group of expert liaising with each member of my group and keeping me in the loop. We paid a small deposit then pay the rest a month before departure. Dharra went above and beyond helping us and making sure everything was covered from payment to travel requirements. When the flight schedule was changed I was worried that plans might be impacted significantly. I was contacted by Santosh/Dharra about my concern - connecting flight in Seoul and sorted out the changes. In the end a better option for our group. We have just come back from a very memorable trip and thanks to Travel Hub for all the help and assistance.
