Alavi Tours

Alavi Travel is a distinguished travel agency based in the UK, established in 2010, specializing in religious pilgrimages and tailored tour packages. With a strong reputation as a household name in the industry, the agency focuses on facilitating Ziyarat journeys to Iraq, Iran, and Sham, as well as Umrah and Hajj services in Saudi Arabia. Their mission is to make these spiritual visits accessible and comfortable for everyone, regardless of background.

Alavi Travel is renowned for its small-group policy, ensuring that tours never exceed 40 pilgrims. This approach allows for a more personalized, manageable, and intimate experience, where travelers can deepen their spiritual connection. The agency provides comprehensive services, including visa assistance for Iraq and Saudi Arabia, airport transfers, and accommodation in 4-star hotels located within walking distance of the holy Haram sites in Karbala, Najaf, Mecca, and Medina. All accommodations are fully air-conditioned and offer full-board dining, ensuring guests enjoy three nutritious meals daily along with 24-hour refreshments.

What sets Alavi Travel apart is their commitment to religious and cultural education. The agency employs multi-lingual religious and local guides who speak Arabic and other languages, helping pilgrims understand the significance of the sites they visit. They also conduct workshops on prayer etiquette and spiritual practices during the trip. The team is inclusive, welcoming travelers from Sunni, Bohra, Bengali, and Afghani communities, and they are particularly accommodating to seniors and individuals with medical needs, including those on dialysis or in wheelchairs.

The agency operates with transparency and honesty, maintaining a flexible payment structure where clients only pay for air tickets and visa fees upfront, with the balance payable upon arrival. Alavi Travel handles all logistical details, from security arrangements at Baghdad International Airport to local transportation, allowing pilgrims to focus entirely on their spiritual journey. For over a decade, they have been dedicated to creating seamless, safe, and enriching travel experiences for those seeking to visit the most sacred shrines in the Islamic world.
