Negative experience: Took a group of elderly vulnerable adults to South Africa tour. It was a tour that was quite frankly a disaster. Tour had to be abandoned because Zimbabwe leg of the tour was booked through cowboys. All money lost and not being refunded by Travel Experts. Been constantly fobbed off with excuse after excuse. They have no insurance or protection to pay anyone back. Do not recommend using at all unless you want to risk losing your money.

Negative experience: I booked a package holiday with Travel Experts that included travel to South Africa and Zimbabwe, and it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. The South Africa portion of the trip was delivered, although there were changes to the itinerary and some of the hotels provided were of a lower standard than the accommodation that had originally been booked. The much more serious issue arose when the Zimbabwe portion of the holiday was not provided. We were informed that there had been problems involving the South African travel supplier through whom the arrangements had been made, and that the Zimbabwe arrangements could not be fulfilled. Throughout this ordeal, I found the tour operators, both husband and wife, to be rude and dismissive whenever concerns were raised. At a time when customers were in a very difficult and stressful situation, I felt that our worries and the impact the situation was having on us were not treated with the seriousness or empathy that I expected. What happened next was extremely distressing. We were given downgraded accommodation for only two nights and then informed that no further accommodation had been arranged. We were left to sort out our own onward or return travel and make our own arrangements. Some members of the group were not familiar with booking flights and accommodation online, which made the situation even more overwhelming. I had to arrange the money myself to book a return flight and organise transport to the airport. What I found most distressing was that customers were left to sort these matters out on their own, regardless of whether they had immediate access to the funds needed for flights, accommodation, or other essential travel arrangements. Travelling alone in an unfamiliar place was frightening, and I felt unsafe during the taxi journey back to the airport, with a driver I did not know. Thankfully, I eventually arrived home safely. I was particularly concerned when the tour operators clearly stated that they did not have any insurance, travel indemnity cover, or other financial protection in place to protect customers in the event of this type of situation. As a result, despite customers having paid for a package holiday, there was no apparent provision to reimburse travellers or provide alternative arrangements when the Zimbabwe portion of the trip could not go ahead. This left customers in an extremely vulnerable position, having to find their own solutions at short notice. It has now been nearly three months since returning home, during which time I have been attempting to recover the money for the part of the holiday that was not provided, along with the losses I incurred. Despite this, the matter remains unresolved, and Travel Experts have still not provided any specific date by which they intend to repay the money owed. Therefore. I would strongly, strongly, strongly advise anyone considering booking or travelling with Travel Experts to think very carefully before making any arrangements because if the holiday cannot be delivered as promised, you should be prepared for the possibility that you may have to take legal action to recover your money, rather than receiving a voluntary refund from the company. Before booking, I would recommend checking directly with Travel Experts Limited whether they hold appropriate travel indemnity insurance, professional liability insurance, or any other financial protection cover that would protect customers in the event that the company is unable to fulfil the holiday arrangements. However, based on my personal experience, the handling of this situation fell far below what I expected from a company selling a package holiday. I would not book with Travel Experts again.

Negative experience: First tour with them was fabulous and second tour was a disaster to say the least. Our group was abandoned half way through the tour and left stranded to find our own way home at our cost. Travel insurance does not cover such eventualities. So our group suffered both financial and non financial losses like stress, disappointment, inconvenience and mostly importantly curtailment of much longed and anticipated once in a life time experience in South Africa and Zimbabwe. So my advice is do extensive homework and cover all possible disasters with this company before booking. Take insurance for any and every possible mishap with this company. I did not add photos as doing so woukd bring tears in my eyes.

Fantastic experience: My mum had an amazing trip with Travel Experts to Albania and Montenegro. The countries were stunning and she really enjoyed the visit. Everything was very well organised - tour guides, accommodation, transport etc. She could just enjoy the beautiful location. The tour guides were very informative and she learnt a lot. Mum has travelled with Travel Experts previously and that was also a wonderful experience. She had a great trip and would highly recommend both Albania and Montegro, as well as travelling with Travel Experts.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing holiday to Albania and Montenegro in May this year. We had a very knowledgeable guide throughout the trip. With spectacular scenery, lots of castles and small medieval towns it was a memorable trip!

Fantastic experience: Had the luck to attend a group tour to Albania and Montenegro with my sister Nazma and our husbands and my son. It was our first group tour and a wonderful experience Alhamdulillah. Well organised and excellent tour guides. The hotels were lovely and the trips fascinating. Experienced the culture and made new friends and the group felt like a family. Well done . I would recommend them for sure and iA will come again.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended travelexperts tour company by a friend who had wonderful time in Uzbekistan last year. I can confirm that we had acgreat time too in Uzbekistan. Tour itinerary was fully packed with sites of historical and religious importance. Tour guide was brilliant and his knowledge was commendable. All hotels were top class and transport arrangements were excellent. Tour operators made us feel at home throughout and catered for everyone's needs and added some more items in the itinerary at our request. I fully recommend them for any tour without reservations. I have been to Bosnia with them too in past which was another fantastic experience and I have realised that they choose the best Tour Guides who share authentic information and show beautiful care towards each traveller. The Directors of The Travel Experts (Samina and Mustansar) ensure every single moment of our trip is not lesser than the best experience. They look after all of our needs as if we are their own family. The hotels and tourist places they choose are beyond expectation and their delightful company keep everyone’s spirits uplifted. During Uzbekistan trip, the Guide Sahil was the best choice opted by The Travel Experts amazing Team. He would go beyond his capacity to ensure we learn about history of such beautiful country in a way that it sets well in our memory and some of the knowledge he shared was spiritually transformational. The lunches were included in trip package and I thoroughly enjoyed fantastic hospitality at every place we visited. The travel package is pretty reasonable in comparison to the best hotels, best restaurants and must see attractions. It’s mind blowing how the travel experts Ltd managed to take us to so many beautiful cities in 12 days trip. Every day was fulfilled with great joy, knowledge, history, laughters and delicious traditional food. The Travel Experts give me the break from life that I need the most to recharge my spirit. They are the best holiday guides and I can never imagine travelling anywhere without them planning my trip. They take all stress from tickets to, hotels, attractions, in between transport, food and various facilities. I love being part of their travel group. Hats off to their fantastic service for the real travellers.

Fantastic experience: This was my first trip with travel experts and I must say, everything exceeded my expectations! Uzbekistan itself was an incredible journey. The entire experience was seamless, thanks to their meticulous planning and flawless execution from start to finish. Fantastic experience: This was my first time visiting Pakistan and also my first tour with Travel Experts — and it absolutely exceeded expectations. Everything was so well organized, from the accommodations to transport, which made it easy to just focus on enjoying the experience. The landscapes in Northern Pakistan are beyond anything I imagined, and having local guides made a huge difference in accessing places off the beaten path. The highlight for me was trekking to a glacier — something I never thought I’d do, and it ended up being one of the most rewarding experiences of the trip. Travel Experts really delivered — I’d definitely consider booking with them.

Fantastic experience: Had an incredible experience with Travel Experts on their Northern Pakistan Tour. They made everything so much easier for us, sorting out all the hotels and travel arrangements for the trip. The guides on our tour were amazing, driving us to breathtaking viewpoints you would never be able to get to alone! There was also time for numerous activities throughout the trip, such as jet skiing and trekking. Overall an amazing experience, made even more memorable from the planning of the Travel Experts and company of our group.

Fantastic experience: Travelling to Northern Pakistan was something I always hoped to do, and Travel Experts made this dream come true. What an incredible trip! Everything was taken care off and extremely well organised. The hotels offered an amazing range of experiences, from the very modern, to staying in Fort and also a converted Palace. The itinerary had something for everyone - scenic drives, water activities, trecking, historical sites and museums. The scenery was simply breathtaking- snow capped mountains, waterfalls, crystal clear lakes. I cannot recommend this tour enough. Thank you Travel Experts for this once in a lifetime experience.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time travelling to Pakistan and with The Travel Experts, and it was the most amazing trip. Each day was full of wonderful experiences and beautiful sights.
