Negative experience: Ask for more money when holiday was booked

Negative experience: Please please DONT USE LASTMINUTE.IE pure rib off they took money € 1500 apx from my account said all was booked that evening they emailed me saying there was a problem making a long story short the wanted more money had to give credit card as money was taken from account and have to wait six days for return again there was a problem more money and again more money needless to say I cancelled as the wanted me to take another hotel put I had enough it also cost a lot ringing them the tell you in email that the can't get hold of you on phone so you will ring them they give other companies a bad name as one bad experience you don't want another SO TAKE HEED PLEASE

Negative experience: RIP OFF!!! Unauthorised removal of 467.16 from with account... What I though I had found was a reasonable short break to Marrakech with my girls for my BIG 50 Bday. Which was misleading on costs. Due to a number of errors when we viewed the details; Dates, Names spelt incorrect, wanted to fly from Luton, I made it clear we was unsatisfied and this was not fit fro purpose and we want to CANCEL. This was within a HOUR of making a 70% payment. I made it clear by email and over the phone to My Holiday Travel (asian operator Sam) that we want to REJECT this booking and I will not given authorisation to remove funds from my account unfortunately, they still removed the money from my account. Am sure theirs a cooling off period for cancelling. And to add in salt to injury, a few days later they send and email demanding the balance before they would send fight details, I felt I was extremely intimidating and I felt bullied and black mailed. I did not Confirm the booking to Marrakech & the three of us did not go to Marrakech for my 50th Bday I also emailed Edward Snowdon, complains Holiday Travel, (International House, 124 Cromwell Road Kensington. London SW7 4ET) and received no reply KMT HAD TO ADD 1 START TO POST... VERY POOR SERVICE, RIP OFF!!!
