Diu Travel Ltd

Negative experience: Very bad agency Because I booked my tickets in January and I cancelled due to covid issues and mr Ronit he said that you will get refund within 6 months still didn’t get it’s already 10 months and now he is not pick up my call no answer of my message it’s worst agency I ever seen.

Negative experience: The agency is all fraud. They book dummy tickets and take your money. And when you cancel the tickets and ask for a refund they don’t turn up. They don’t revert back your calls nor msg to find out about the refunds. I have been falling up with Mr. Ronit Kumar the owner of this travel agency for months now. Gonna be a year in few months and we have still not received a pound in our accounts as a refund. The travel agency is shut all the time!!!!
