Booked a flight with this company via Skyscanner, they told me the flight was on standby and they wanted more money to confirm the flight. Negative experience: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! We booked our flights through Check N Fly for the Philippines and the next day my husband received a call to say the seats that we had booked were no longer available and that we would have to pay an extra £170 each to upgrade to the next level of seats. My husband refused to pay any extra and it took Kevin two days to come back to us after I chased 3 times and all they could offer us were the seats at an extra £150 or we would have to move our holiday by a day for the same price which we weren't willing to do as we had already planned our route. The price that Kevin was offering us was more expensive than Emirates themselves and the upgrade was for the same economy seats which makes no sense! We ended up booking flights with Expedia which were the same price, same economy ticket, same flight times and dates there and back and we received our tickets within 5 minutes! Whilst waiting for our refund to come through I've done some research and there seems to be a lot of bad reviews with the same experience as ours! If I were you I would think twice about booking with this company!

Negative experience: Beware of Check N Fly – A Stressful and Painful Experience I had the worst experience with Check N Fly and feel obligated to warn others. This agency is nothing short of a scam, and here’s exactly why: First, after booking, I waited 24 hours only to be told that the airline wasn’t issuing my ticket because they were “busy resolving it.” Then, at the 30-hour mark, I was informed that the ticket price had increased by £50, and if I wanted the ticket, I had to pay the extra amount immediately. They promised I’d receive the ticket within two hours after paying the additional cost. After reluctantly paying the extra £50, I waited another five hours, made three frustrating calls, and endured constant stress before finally receiving my e-ticket. The entire process was painful, filled with unnecessary delays, and completely avoidable if the agency were competent or honest. This was my first and definitely my last time dealing with Check N Fly. If you enjoy frustration, stress, and feeling scammed, then by all means, please use Check N Fly. You are very welcome to endure their disorganized and dishonest process. And don't forget to give a special thanks to Mr Brad Ford.

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience with Checknfly I recently booked a flight through Checknfly, and my experience was far from satisfactory. First, the website was difficult to navigate, making the booking process frustrating and time-consuming. After finally securing a flight, I encountered issues with my confirmation flight. Someone called me not from UK saying the flight I booked was “stand by” and to ensure I have a place in the flight I should book a seat with them which would cost me £48 otherwise my ticket wouldn’t be confirmed. When I booked the ticket it wasn’t saying that it was Stand By ticket, basically they are selling cheaper but then forcing you to buy a seat with them. I say “forcing” because you end up with no other choice. Also this information wasn’t given the time I booked and yes, it was given after the payment taken from my bank account. My flight is international and Christmas time, which means it’s expensive and they let you without choice. If you don’t pay £48 you are Stand by. When I reached out to customer service for help, I was met with long wait times and unhelpful responses. Additionally, I experienced unexpected fees that were not clearly indicated during the booking process. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially when it comes to travel arrangements. Overall, my experience with Checknfly was disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free flight booking experience. I suggest looking elsewhere for more reliable and customer-friendly options or direct with the airlines.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! So I was speaking to someone called ARON. It was a business flight from LONDON TO LAGOS. After 10 minutes they called me requesting for an extra £180 pounds. Then asked me if I’m on WhatsApp, sending me other companies prices and that it’s more expensive and etc. whilst ARON was in the phone I started googling reviews and saw that this is what they do. I then realised that I might be scammed and whilst being on the phone to Aron I asked him if he’s aware that what he is doing to me the reviews of their tactics are online, his reply was “there are always some good reviews and bad.” I asked him to refund my money which he said okay to and I asked him how many days he said 3-5 working days. I’m lucky that I recorded the whole conversation as soon as I realised this thing was getting doggy and I as well started an email thread with them for evidence as I’ve already made the bank aware and they said we should wait the 3-5 working days if they will refund. Let’s wait and see, because the company had already APPROVED of the payment!

Fantastic experience: I booked flights through this travel agents after looking through Google flights and seeing this place was the most competitive. I had to check reviews online first to ensure they were legit. Once flights were booked online through the website, I received a missed call and then a follow up email stating they wanted to confirm my details (on an evening at the weekend). This initially worried me that something was wrong. Once my details were all confirmed I received messages through WhatsApp confirming my booking reference and how I could then register my booking directly with the airline. I must admit that I felt a little uneasy until I was able to see my booked flights with the airline directly but this was quick to do. The service was very good and Chris Grey helped me with this.

The person I dealt with was Maria Wilson who words cannot describe the help she gave and it happened so quickly.
