More impressive was the extra help given for the details for parking and the extra assistance needed for one of the party going on holiday with a disability . Would highly recommend 5 start service

Fantastic experience: We went in to the Kingswood Branch of TUI hoping to get some help booking our first ever family holiday abroad - we'd tried looking online at various companies but decided it was best to leave it to the experts. We were extremely lucky to have Jess talk us through the whole thing and offer advice. Jess was brilliant from start to finish - we were all really impressed with her! We came with our daughter who is only four - Jess even managed to make her feel involved & kept her entertained whilst we talked through the boring grown up things. Jess answered all our questions and was very professional, friendly & took all the stress out of the booking process. We were totally lost trying to do it online - I'd highly recommend going in to the Kingswood TUI branch as everyone there was so friendly & approachable. Jess was a star and clearly an enormous asset to TUI :) she even managed to put up with my partner being a wind up, all with a smile & good humour. Thank you TUI & mostly thank you Jess for helping us plan our trip to Florence ❤️

Fantastic experience: Booked our holiday for my "special birthday" and our 25th Anniversary today. Owing to trying to please 4 adults was tricky but Leanne listened to us, and owing to her experience of Mexico, offered some great suggestions and her patience was brilliant. Fantastic experience: We popped into tui on the off chance as we had our holiday cancelled the day before due to flight cancellations at Manchester airport. We spoke to Leanne and the lady at the front desk (didn’t get her name) absolutely amazing! Leanne went through many holidays with us to get us something similar to what we had originally booked and to be fair we got a better deal I think! Can’t think the tui ladies enough we walked out the store absolutely beaming after having such a rubbish day the day before. Honestly bypass jet2 and go straight to tui. We’ll be using them every year going forward I think and be asking for Leanne!

Fantastic experience: We came into TUI Kingswood last week to change the date of our holiday due to medical reasons. Leanne took care of this for us, she sorted everything and even the day after rang us to tell us that the medical letter we provided had been accepted. She carried out her job with the upmost professionalism..she is a great ambassador for TUI. Would definitely use this store again and recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Haley from Kingswood was fantastic. My friend and I went into the store only knowing that we wanted to go to New York. When we left we had a plan. Hayley was patient with us, making decisions and listened to us, giving us the best possible attention to our needs as one of us has a disability. She found us the best deal, we were going for 3 days, with a slight increase she found us 7 days, gave us free trips. She was full of knowledge and expertise putting our mind at ease. Fantastic experience: I had made a call early morning which transferred through to the branch as the help centre was not yet open. Luckily I was transferred through to Jessica. She was very helpful and went out of her way to handle my queries. After many failed calls to the direct Tui number and unhelpful staff, Luckily i was transferred to the branch. Jessica was fantastic and dealt with my request effectively and efficiently. Even calling me back when the line went dead. Customer service at its best, Highly recommend. I will be using this branch again, even though no local to me.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from Hayley at this store. Got a superb price beating any of my local stores and the service 2nd to none! I for one will be booking all my future holidays through her and will be recommending her to all my friends and colleagues. Never found a tui store so good!

Negative experience: paid for london show weekend, traim home cancelled had to pay again for train tickets, only partial refund offered by tui kingswood but would have to write letter and send new tickets for partial refund, poor very very poor

Fantastic experience: We booked a holiday at the TUI Kingswood superstore with Dean who offers a customer service which is absolutlely amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable, polite and listens to all your wants and needs. Dean gave us ideas from what we'd suggested and put together a perfect package for us. From start to finish we received a friendly service and will book our future holidays with Dean. I would certainly recommend Dean at the TUI Kingswood store. Fantastic experience: My mother-in-law has always wanted to go on a cruise, we tried searching on our own but the options were so confusing. Kayleigh helped us get a great deal and found transfers back to our departure airport from Southampton which made life easier with an elderly parent. Kayleigh even sorted out our mistake on one of the birth dates, nothing was too much trouble for her. We really appreciate all her help & enthusiasm.

Fantastic experience: Booked a cruise yesterday with Marie. From seeing the post on Facebook I messaged and was replied to within minutes. After discussing with family we instantly booked. Fantastic experience: I can not praise Jessica enough, after trying for two weeks with the Middlesbrough store to book the same holiday I was prepared to find another agent. As no phone calls was returned. Other staff said they couldn’t get into my inquiry. One more chance I said to my friend Laura who is travelling with me to Jamaica, lo and behold Jessica answered the phone. Cut the long story short she arranged everything from holiday, upgraded flights, airport lounge, insurance all within an hour or so, without me getting frustrated, we’ll done Jessica, I will be 100% booking with you for my Goa trip next November, can’t thank you enough. ( now my friend Laura will stop nagging

Fantastic experience: We popped in a few weeks ago to look at New York holidays for our 10th wedding anniversary, Laura asked us to take a seat to chat about our future holiday and to our surprise we shared the same anniversary date and same years married . Laura went above and beyond for us, she gave us options, choices of hotels, insurance plans, car parking for Manchester, looked at things we could book in New York, I mentioned a helicopter ride and she found it and all info was sent to our email . We did not feel pressured to book with her and we went away to give ourselves time to research.
