Fantastic experience: My husband and I booked a holiday to Santorini and the service was fabulous. Jody sat with us for close to 5 Hours (some technical issues at the end caused a bit of a wait). However, Jody was very patient and thorough. Always happy to go back and review the many choices we picked out and scrutinise for location and reviews. She must have needed a lie down in a dark room after! We also saw a few other holidays that we have earmarked, so it was a productive time. Jody was determined to find us a holiday to match our tick list and never once looked bored or frustrated, so thank you. We were very happy with our choice and will definitely return.

Fantastic experience: We booked a long weekend trip in Rome with the TUI Store in Havant. As always, Georgia looked after us and took all the hassle away from us. She booked everything with great attention to detail. As a result of Georgia's hard work, we had the most perfect time in Rome. All flights were sorted. The selected hotel was a five minute walk from the main train station and central to all the major tourist attractions, which were easy to walk to. The hotel was modern, clean and very comfortable. There was a wide range of selection for breakfast. Everything was as we had wished for. So a big thank you to the TUI Store in Havant and especially to Georgia. We are going back to book our next holiday with TUI, thanks to Georgia's care and attention. Highly recommend this TUI Store.

Negative experience: If you want a full package holiday to disney land florida, then stay well of tui, we are stuck in Heathrow due to tui not telling us that are flights have been changed from 4.00 am to 1.pm, we have been backwards and forwards for the last two weeks trying to get are flight details, what makes it worse is the have told time and time again all year, we will have access to the virgin lounge and they haven't even sent us the email to gain entry to the lounge. We have no transfer ls between airport and hotel as they forgot to book. We are now stuck in the airport waiting for a manager to call us back to try and sort the issues. Stay well away from this firm, so disappointed and are tream holiday ruined before we even leave the uk

Negative experience: Steer clear of this place, booked and all inclusive holiday on a resort in Egypt and I was informed at time of booking there was ten restaurants and bars when in fact there is on eatery that is included in the price. Absolute lies from the start was supposed to be four stars and the room was a mess tried a second room that was unsafe with overhead fixtures falling on the balcony. The one eatery is swarmed with people that speak the language that we do not. And whilst booking the holiday we had to listen the the two young female staff talking about someone who is according the themselves “definitely on the spectrum” absolutely disgusting first holiday booked with TUI and safe to say I won’t be doing it again no matter how good the offer is. Wish I stayed at home. BE CAREFUL WE WERE CAUGHT OUT AND IM LEAVING THIS REVIEW WITH THE HOPES THEY AREN'T ABLE TO CHARGE ANYONE ELSE FOR THE ABYSMAL SERVICE AND STRESSFUL TIME MYSELF AND MY PARTNER HAVE RECEIVED. I even booked another flight home to escape this hell hole which they will not refund me as it was the wrong date, unfortunately due to the malnourishment and stress caused by this holiday I got the booking date wrong haha

There was also another staff member called Frankie who was very polite and friendly - lovely group of girls! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: We have booked through TUI again and again with Danielle, second now, and she has been brilliant especially this time around as there are 14 of us going on holiday, from start to finish it has been so easy nothing is ever too much trouble even if we did give her a minor piece of misinformation, it was swiftly rectified and dealt with, each we book a holiday I will always want to go through Danielle.

Fantastic experience: Olivia went above and beyond with finding a good price & date for our holiday next year (2025). She kept us updated with different dates & prices along the way and she found one we liked and booked. Very pleasant young lady and going out of her way in helping us & getting it all booked along with extra legroom seats. She has also been dealing with some attractions in Florida of which we paid for but whilst in Florida this year, things had changed, un beknown to TUI and we were not able to do some of the attractions paid for. I had gone into the store & Olivia assisted in contacting head office & they are on the case. All the while, updating me when head office had advised of the situation, this is still ongoing but hopeful of a result soon. Thank you Olivia.

Negative experience: Used to offer good exchange rates, not so much recently. Would be helpful if they advertise training (note on the door not really helpful if not supported by website or other prior advice). Icing on the cake today was to agree rate only to be advised longer wait as "just opening up after training". Surely this should have been started prior to training so late opening means we're ready for customers.

Fantastic experience: Visited our local Havant TUI store to book our 2025 holidays. Lucy completed our bookings with her usual efficiency. As usual we received excellent service from all the staff who always make us feel so welcome.

Fantastic experience: Went in to the Havant store and spoke with Lauren about booking for next year. She was incredibly helpful in store and though I didn't manage to book there and then, Lauren kept working on our quote in to the next day and I went back the following day after several emails back and forth. She has managed to put together an amazing holiday for us and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend the personal service provided instore rather than trying to fight your way through the Internet, especially for a complex multi centre/country trip as we were booking. I cannot recommend Lauren enough, thank you.

It made such a nice change from booking online, all queries were answered instantly and Olivia was very knowledgeable, offering additional information that is not easily available online. They matched the online price and will even check us in. Let’s hope the holiday is as good as the booking experience! :)

Fantastic experience: I've just got back from Turkey we stayed at the tui magic life jacaranda, what an amazing place and what an amazing holiday , I'm still buzzing and can't wait to go back !! I was recommended this by a lovely young lady in store called Gorgia who could not of been more helpful, from time of booking right up to the day before we left helping my wife and I with our boarding passes and travel money !
