Fantastic experience: Christina as always has been very helpful with our last minute holidays. She suggested hotel Villaconcha in Porta Pollensa, Majorca. The hotel was very good. The apartment was very modern and very clean with maid service every day. The instuctions Christina gave us with flights and private transfers ran smoothly. We found some very good restaurants and sampled the traditional Mallorcan cuisine. I would always recommend Christina as she is very knowledgeable about the destination you wish to visit. Thank you Christina for organising our holiday, David and I thoroughly enjoyed it and will use Milford Travel again.

Fantastic experience: I recently booked a last minute holiday to Lanzarote with my 4 year old son. I booked the week before I travelled. I went to Christine because I had a short lead time and no time to look on the internet or go to the travel agents before hand. Christine was incredibly accommodating my brief was specific as I was travelling alone with my 4 year old. I asked for no more than a 4 hour flight and good standard of hotel with spa and kids club with a choice of eateries. I stayed at the Princess Yaiza suite hotel resort . What a fabulous recommendation, although Christine had not stayed there she had friends who had and said they absolutely raved about the Hotel. The hotel was well situated and the up keep was of a high standard, at no time did you feel overcrowding. The facilities were excellent, especially the kids club which came at no extra cost. The hours of opening were sufficient and the activities varied, my son loved it. A couple of evenings we went to the Kids disco which again was well catered and fun for all the family. There were lots of different pool offerings which meant that it was pleasant at all times. The food was of a good standard and the staff in the a la carte restaurant made us feel incredibly welcome and the head waiter was very sweet and made animals with balloons for my son each time we ate there. The evening entertainment was varied and of a good standard. Although we didn't use the beach it was a stones throw away. Plus it was a 10 minute walk into playa Blanca which was full of lovely shops and eateries and bars. Christine took care of all my travel arrangements and even booked my parking for me at the airport with my circumstances in mind, she sensed I was nervous travelling on my own with my young son and took away any concerns I had with her care and attention to detail even down to talking to the parking company explaining that I was travelling alone as I had to let them know when I was 20 minutes away to collect my car. She was mindful that it would be difficult for me to call them if I was driving and made provisions for this. I cannot recommend Christine and Milford travel enough, I will definitely be booking through her again with peace of mind that both quality and service are second to none Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday and all your help with the organisational side.
