Both were fully versed in on board procedures and also offered me valuable information on each port of call on my 14 days afloat. Sincere thanks to you both for your friendly and calming advice .

Fantastic experience: Visited the tui Stafford store on Wednesday and Amy greeted us, she was fab, listened to all our needs and found us multiple holidays, we then went through each one with amy, she found us our perfect holiday! She was so friendly and polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Found us a great deal and were all excited for our holiday in September. 10/10 all round. Will be back next year to book again with Amy!

Fantastic experience: We have been booking with Tui Stafford for over 2 decades and it's so nice to see the familiar faces each year and they do certainly seem to remember us! Booking in person or talking to the staff at Tui Stafford is always part of our holiday experience, it's so reassuring to be able to deal with people direct and we sincerely hope that Tui would never go fully online as you would loose that personal experience and reassurance that you know everything is properly booked. We've booked with many of the staff over the years but had the pleasure of Chas this year who has looked after us several times before and as ever the service was excellent. She was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, worked to get the best price for us and couldn't do enough for us. We have never had anything but excellent service at Tui Stafford. They are a credit to the Tui brand.

Fantastic experience: Myself and a group of my friends booked our first lads holiday after leaving college. The team were amazing helping with all areas of the holiday and ensuring we had everything we needed in place. A few members of staff had been there themselves so gave us lots of hints and tips. We now have Ibiza to look forward to next year. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I visited this store a couple of days ago to try and exchange some money. When I entered the store, nobody bothered to greet me or say hello. I then walked to the back of the store to ask a lady named 'Charlotte' if I could please exchange some money. She very rudely told me that all of the staff were busy and that she was not trained to exchange money. Charlotte then told me I would have to wait 10 - 15 mins for a member of staff to be free to exchange the money I had. As I was waiting, I noticed Charlotte was making a large effort to get up from her desk to greet other customers who walked into the store. I am at a loss as to why I was not treated with the same warm hospitality. Charlotte did not even bother to smile or say hello to me. I then waited for over 15 mins only to ask another member of staff myself if I could please exchange some money. A member of staff then served me only to tell me that they no longer accept the type of New Zealand dollar bill I wanted to exchange. It all proved to be a waste of my time and additionally made me feel incredibly unwelcome and disregarded as a customer. If Charlotte does not enjoy working in a customer facing role, then I seriously suggest she consider changing careers. This will be the last time I ever set foot in a TUI travel agency. In future I will stick to the Co Op travel agency. The Co Op staff welcomed me with such warm, smiling faces.

Fantastic experience: Me and my wife visited Saturday and we sat with Millie, who was wonderful to deal with very friendly and very fun, she made us feel we were in completely safe hands and Millie was very knowledgeable around the area we wanted to book. It was close to closing time but we felt no needs of rush because she made us feel so welcome in the store and Millie took her time to find the right holiday package for us. Fantastic experience: Just wanted to give a shout out to the ladies today as they have gone above and beyond to help us with our booking today. Emily looked after us so well, explained every detail and was incredibly attentive. Whilst we were at the store Alice also assisted with some refunding during the booking change and was also very attentive, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.(We have met her when she worked at the Cannock store and she was great there too). We did speak with other staff members whilst there ( didn’t catch their names), the whole experience was fantastic and has actually changed our perspective with solely on-line booking for future holidays- thanks guys.

I work in town so popped in a few times in advance, they were always professional, friendly and very happy to help. I went in when they were busy, Frankie took down my requirements and emailed through their best match. I loved the fact that he had a no hassle approach and left me to make a decision. I went back once we had set our minds on a destination. He matched the deal I had seen and got everything arranged, showing a lot of patience whilst I was arranging payment. Fantastic experience: I had a problem that needed to be resolved, and had difficulty getting help online (online person didn’t understand the issue, then the line went dead) - thankfully I was able to go into my local TUI Stafford store and get help in person. Julie was brilliant, so helpful, and sorted everything out in minutes - there is no substitute for a helpful, intelligent, real person being able to help customers in person.

Fantastic experience: Visited Tui Stafford today looking for an all inclusive holiday. We haven’t been on a holiday for a fair few years. We was greeted by a lovely lady call julie lavender and Frankie Tonks, very knowledgeable and accommodating with all of our questions.
