David and his team are very professional and have helped us several times during the covid pandemic in getting refunds from some companies who initially did not want to do it. Cant wait until we can go travelling again and to get more good advice from the team at Regent Travel.

Negative experience: Called in today to discuss booking a luxury family holiday. On entering the four ladies at their desks looked me up and down and then completely ignored me! I stood in the shop looking at a few brochures thinking that surely one of the four would speak to me or offer some sort of assistance but no they continued to talk amongst themselves. I decided to take my business elsewhere as clearly these four ladies didn't think I was worth the time of day! Manners cost nothing and a little bit of customer service would have gone a long way! Really they don't deserve even one star! Avoid and go to a travel agents that wants to help you!
