Negative experience: So bad it takes peoples money took mine and couldn’t even find a ticket they say they will give pass the money but never do it’s been 2 months has probably took others money to never ask for a ticket from here it’s not a good and trustable travel agency never ever use unless you want your money stolen from you and be promised to they’ll give it to you but won’t NEVER TRUST THEM!!

Negative experience: Alhamdulilah me and my family was able to complete our umrah. We received lovely stay in Madinah and Makkah hotels. Unfortunately I have to be honest, flight to there was messed up- our group leader didn't guide us to the next flight which caused us to missed a flight but Alhamdulilah we ourselves managed to get another flight to go Saudi Arabia. The group leader we had, he was really good at explaining and taking us to ziarrat but he never once checked up on us, asked us if we needed anything or anything we were struggling with. Once our grandpa gone missing and the group leader just said "he not my responsibility" when he was found- leader not even once came or texted to check if he was ok. He got no humanity in him- he only cared about his original group from his town (Bradford) as we were from Stoke on trent. This travel agent never given us full information, where was our hotel and made us travel back UK alone without the group. Even our flight in London was cancelled to Manchester which travel agent didn't even sort out this for us. We had to manage ourself AGAIN! So apart from all those bad experiences we kept facing - i just don't recommend this agent for anyone who is interested. Even other group had to pay £2000 extra for their missed flight because the group leader we had "didn't even care" to guide us. Please even if you want to go by this agent then ensure you have everything before flying- all your tickets, visa in UK date metric- not US date and hotel names. Make sure you are confident to face any problem.
