Fantastic experience: Booked a holiday last week for me and my partner with help from a lovely woman called Ally (alyson). After previously being a jet2 customer and taking a risk with someone different she was absolutely fab and Im so glad we did! She went above and beyond for us to make sure we found the best place and deal right for us, she is a breath of fresh air with a fantastic sense of humour and she is an absolute credit to your store and TUI overall. She’s talked us through the location and how we’re in a great spot! We were also talked through excursions and the best places to go, and got us the best price possible. It was so easy and will definitely be going back into the beach to book another holiday

Negative experience: Called in last Sunday, 1 advisor was free, didn't acknowledge I was there, looked at me then looked away...but hey ho..I had a on line price from tui,but another agent could beat the online price,I asked eventually can you beat it..After discussing with the lady manager who was in a behind screen booth,like 5 mins or so, said no.Just a flat no,like go away..No interest at all..Walked away went to hays travel totally positive,yes we will put tui bridges to shame..I had another enquiry today so before I committed to hays, tried again..I have a tui voucher for few hundred quid, can I use against the holiday...no clue at all, again went to see the same manageress in her little plastic screen booth,sat there again,no like customer awareness, 5 mins later, we don't know...I mean like what, I had to ask,not prompted,do you have a number I can call? I had to ask for it,just like 0 interest in any help, made to feel like your a problem,honestly would never ever go back inside here..Utter pap..Went to hays again, she called the number on her own inniatiave,I can help you she said, and yes I could...they got the sale,over 3000 quid and they couldn't be bothered twice...I personally feel this manageress is so un customer friendly, lazy..

Negative experience: After booking our holiday l decided to purchase premium seats already paid for seats £95,more leg room another £312, +£795.00 per person, surely that can't be right l asked, one of your colleagues replying that's the only price wouldn't listen when l tried to explain about payment already made, Yours sincerely A Perry

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I am not good with IT so Laura helped with all of that making sure I had the app on my phone and clearly explaining all information I needed. Didn't feel a bother and I would recommend this service without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Booked my holiday to Cape Verde today - Caitlyn was absolutely amazing helping me sort everything! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I had the best deals. This was my first time booking through Tui and I'll definitely be returning!

Negative experience: Got advised from the Tui accessible holidays website to visit a store and i would be able to speak to someone who could help me book up a holiday for a wheelchair user with cerebral palsy. From the moment i started talking to the ‘advisor’ it was made quite clear that he had absolutely no clue on holidays for wheelchair users or adapted holidays. I personally knew more than him and turned out to be me advising him. The only reason i didnt give 1* was he apologised that he didn't know/have much information on these kind of holidays. Would be ideal if the staff could be trained further on these types of holidays and the requirements to book them. Would not recommend for any type of accessible holiday!!

Negative experience: My partner and I are absolutely furious after booking a very expensive four-night holiday to Krakow. We were under the impression that the hotel was good and close to the center, as advised by the agent whom he trusted. However, upon closer inspection at home, we realized it's nearly an hour's walk away and quite subpar for the price compared to other options that are both cheaper and closer to the center. Within 24 hours of booking, he contacted TUI to change hotels or even cancel the holiday, feeling completely ripped off by TUI and no longer trusting the company or its agents. However, he was informed that nothing could be done as the flights weren't even with TUI they were with Ryan Air. To cancel, it would cost around £300, despite only putting down £100 as a deposit. Additionally, to change hotels, it would incur a £100 fee on top of what we've already paid, which is excessive on top of the large sum he’d already paid for such a short holiday. We've both been deeply disappointed by our experience with TUI as we thought they were a reputable company but now we will never to use them again. Edit: They’ve replied to this comment to make it look like they want to help and can resolve this however after contacting them they with hopes of resolving this they’ve said they just wanted to know why I left the review which is self explanatory. Obviously just want to look good to new customers

Fantastic experience: Popped in last week to book a holiday for this year and had a great experience. Suzanne provided some excellent suggestions based on our preferences and after narrowing down some options we decided on a very reasonably priced holiday to Salou in May. Suzanne then made sure to go through hotel and flight options until we got the tailor made holiday that we wanted. Everything went great and we are now really looking forward to our trip. The app is great too and is very helpful, especially the countdown timer. Big thank you to Suzanne for your help.

Fantastic experience: We recently visited the Sunderland TUI concept store to book our 2024 holiday and were greeted and aided with friendliness and expertise by the professional staff members who work in the store. A special thanks goes to both Alex, Summer and Jacqui who dealt directly with our bookings. Their people skills were some of the best we have come across and they are a credit to the TUI company. We would also like to add a special thank you to Jacqui who had the experience, reassurance and such a pleasant manner in explaining every step of the way in the process of changing our original booking.

She was very knowledgeable about the facilities at the various resorts I enquired about and has always managed to recommend great hotels within my budget. Fantastic experience: We have been loyal to our Tui store for many years and always try to speak with Jackie whenever we can. We know that she will give us the best, honest advice and will aim to give us the best price available . Jackie is always happy and accommodating and is a superb advert for the brand . We know she loves her cruises so we booked our first one with Jackie and after taking her advice we had the best time despite the crazy heat. Not sure whether we will do another as prices have escalated . Only comment is we felt there should have been an adult only bar on the ship (D2) Have another 2 pending holidays one sorted by Jackie and the other by a young lady - I believe her name is dey-nah a lovely young lass who we enjoyed banter with while processing our booking . The store is always clean, pleasant and welcoming. Why go anywhere else?

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience in store with Jackie last weekend. Me and my family popped in to get our $$$ for Florida, we received an excellent welcome and great service. Jackie was very knowledgeable about Florida and gave us some great tips on places for breakfast but we forgot to ask what size Jimmy Choo's she is! She really is a credit to the store!

Fantastic experience: I recently booked a holiday through the TUI Sunderland shop and I have to say the experience was 5 star. The manager Deborah dealt with my search and found me a holiday to suit my needs, even matching the internet price. She also googled the area to make sure that it had plenty of restaurants and informed me of distance to the beach, resort centre and also transfer times etc. The manager also managed to amend a separate TUI flight booking which had a wrong date of birth, even though it was booked online. I would definitely book through this shop again and will recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I normally book my holiday on the Tui website but I was in the bridges in Sunderland and popped in to see what they could offer me. I was greeted by one of the travel advisors called Deynah, I was looking for a holiday to Benidorm in September. and didn`t really know were to stay, but thankfully Deynah had vast knowledge of Benidorm as she has been before, and gave me lots of useful information on the resort. she was very professional and will defiantly be booking my next holiday at the store due to the service. she`s a credit to the company.

She gave us lots of advice about drinks packages and excursions we could book to make our holiday feel luxurious. She also helped us with booking our travel insurance and picked the right policy to suit us. Definitely see Suzie for any holidays you plan to have!

Fantastic experience: I popped in store last week with my Nana & Grandad to help book them a lovely last minute holiday, Natalie the store manager was absolutely lovely! Nothing was a bother for her searching through holidays to find a one suited to them and not over their budget.
