TUI Holiday Store

Negative experience: Arrived at store at 2.25pm on 15th Oct. Sign on door said "closed for lunch". Went to other agent nearby and booked our £2K holiday.

Fantastic experience: Went into poulton shop to book a holiday for 10 people to mexico in 2026 we requested swim up rooms .they had none available but the fabulous Cindy kept persevering and after 2 weeks managed to get us all a swim up room .thanks Cindy for all you help cant wait to go

Fantastic experience: We moved over to the area nearly 3 years ago and we have booked all of our holidays through TUI Poulton and we always insist of being served by Natasha, she is absolutely brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, a wealth of knowledge and always service with a smile. We have approx 3 to 4 international holidays and always book through Natasha.

Fantastic experience: Natasha at the poulton store was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond thank you for sorting my holiday out even though there was only so much you could do but he did all you could many thanks Mary

Positive experience: Spoke at length to Ikra who provided us with good, useful advice after listening to our requirements. Helped to paint a picture of the hotels/resorts we were interested in, enhancing the descriptions in the brochures. Booked a two week summer holiday and left with more information to consider for a winter getaway

Negative experience: Went into the shop last week enquiring about a family holiday. Gave the details and was told they would get back to me the day after. 6 DAYS LATER and still no call!! Decided to go back into the Poulton shop and the young assistant was very unhelpful with a ‘can’t be bothered’ attitude, even IGNORANT. They obviously don’t care about customers or that they have lost about £5,000 of business, on just one holiday, let alone any repeat business. Word of mouth is very powerful. In this case detrimental. Shame on you TUI.

Fantastic experience: Booked a holiday recently with Cathy and she was absolutely amazing, couldn’t have done anymore for me & my Son. Her knowledge was incredible, she was so thorough and nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was really easy and enjoyable, thank you so much for all of your kindness & help. Wendy is also amazing, so friendly and welcoming! Thank you for making it so easy and stress free. X

Fantastic experience: Wendi was excellent. Brilliant service from start to finish with good knowledge of resort & cruise details & very friendly staff that went that extra mile .. .Monica was brilliant today we were having trouble downloading are forms but she put us at easy & dealt with everything printed all our documents so we were very grateful to her & all the staff at the poulton branch . We use tui all the time as we always get great service .

Fantastic experience: Booked a holiday in Turkey for a group of 10 of us today. A very patient and extremely helpful Monika guided us through the process. She researched all our potential options, providing comprehensive information for the hotels and costs. Once we had chosen she noted our special requirements and discussed other relevant issues; insurance, passports, transfers, flight seating and provided details of excursions available from the hotel without the hard sell. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: We booked our 1st cruise with Wendi.I can't believe the help that is being offered with everything we need to do prior to our cruise-esta erc She was very friendly,knowledgeable & helpful.We are so excited!! Fantastic experience: Just booked a trip to Vegas. Wendy was exceptionally helpful as usual. Have dealt with her multiple times over the years and she is always great. Always finds me a good deal on the flight, hotel and extra trips out. Would definitely recommend her and TUI at Poulton.

Positive experience: We dropped into the Tui Poulton branch earlier this afternoon. Our queries were answered by Wendy, who said she was the branch manager. Wendy was polite and helpful and gave us a number of options for our trip which we could then take away with us to think about.

Fantastic experience: Booked today with Wendi, super friendly and helpful , answered all of my questions and spent lots of time exploring all the options and confirming we’d have everything we needed for the children. She also advised on passports , getting through the airport with a pushchair and other things. Really helpful and left me feeling that I could contact any time if I had any problems.

Fantastic experience: We went to TUI in Poulton to change a booking we had made here, we were met by Kath who asked what we were looking, when we explained what we were looking for Kath went above and beyond so we got exactly what we’re looking for, nothing was too much for her. Kath explained that because we were cancelling one all inclusive holiday and we wanted a villa holiday instead it would take a little time and she would have to get help. We got a call first thing the following morning to confirm everything was okay confirmed by email within minutes and everything was explained and was exactly what we had asked for. Customer service like this not easy to find a 5 star service from a very helpful and knowledgeable lady. I would highly recommend using TUI for any holiday we certainly will with no hesitation. Negative experience: I will never enter this store ever again! On the afternoon of Friday 14th July 2023 I entered this store due to a complaint I had with a booking that I hoped they would at least look at. All I wanted them to do was to speak to a head office manager for me. My complaint was not directed at or about them, after all this was the very first time I had entered the store!! The two young female staff members refused to even consider making this phone call for me! The attitude of the blonde foreign accented female was particularly derisory and dismissive, asking me to leave the store without any consideration of my grievance. As I stood up to leave she smirked disdainfully at me. If this is the type of customer service dispensed by Tui when faced with a request for help then what are they like when faced with a really difficult situation. This will be the first and last time I will ever travel with Tui. In answer to your response. You know as well as I do I was neither rude nor abusive to your staff. I debated my point to which you refused point blank to help. You know as well as I do that all I wanted you to do was to phone a head office manager for me a request of which you would not even consider. That is what really happened isn't it. Is it not true that the blonde female staff member smirked at me as if the whole incident was funny? Is that also not true. If I had truly been abusive would she have found such an incident so amusing? I think not! I was treated with contempt. That is the truth isn't it.

Fantastic experience: My family and I were due to go on a TUI holiday very soon, but unfortunately due to an injury, we were no longer able to go. Steph at the Poulton TUI branch was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help get the holiday moved to next year. It was a Web based booking, but after such a friendly and professional customer service with brilliant clarity of communications, I would be looking to book future holidays in store. Fantastic experience: I came a couple of months ago to book a holiday for myself and partner. We had no idea where we wanted to go, we just had a price range. Steph helped us find the perfect destination, with the perfect hotel, and even sorted our excursions there and then too. She was super helpful, and took all of our requirements into consideration when suggesting places. We’ll definitely be back to book a holiday with her again soon!
