Paying each customer the attention required to make thier holidays a great experience. They listen to customers wants/ needs..nothing is too much trouble. Yes sometimes you have to wait when they are busy but it's totally ok, knowing that they will give you the same attention when it's your turn . Listening to them all whilst waiting, they are all the same. Particular thanks to Molly, arranging everything perfectly and then when i needed advice due to unforseen circumstances needing to cancel or postpone set out the options & costs Thank you Molly! Also Michelle who dealt with me the next day too. Thank you both for your expertise, manner, support & kindness too. I will certainly continue to use TUI rather than choose, click and go. Such personal service is wonderful. TUI head office need to be proud of these 'girls'

Fantastic experience: We have been in to book our family holiday with Alydia today, bit complicated as we needed to cancel an online booking as well, Alydia was very polite and professional and didn't mind our toddler running around during the process, Alydia helped find our perfect holiday, very knowledable and we ended up booking Tour next family adventure. All the ladies are highly trained,knowing the holiday destinations, helps. On most destinations they can give you great tips on what to do, where to go. They all greet you with a smile and happiness. Fantastic experience: We have recently returned from a cruise which my sister and brother on law booked in store.... We had such an amazing time we decided to book another one. This time I went in with my sister and was amazed at the knowledge the staff have. If one didnt know the answer to our ever ending questions the other one did. They really know their stuff, fun bunch and very patient. I begged Sue for a personalised brochure just as she was leaving and true to her word she organised one for me. After booking the trip we went home to tell our other halves and after chatting we decided to switch rooms, we phoned the store and it was no problem at all they did it straight away and sent over the amended booking. Highly recommended travel agents will be back to book more with you

The team is lead by manager Michelle and along with Michelle all the girls Georgia, chantelle, sue, molly n Sam all the ladies go above and beyond to meet the needs and special requests customers require. They are smiley, fun though professional and in my opinion are a vital service provider. I would love to see them all continue in store doing such an amazing job. Fantastic experience: Thankyou to Sue and Georgia. Looking for a holiday to suit a 90 yr old and 2 60 yr olds that live in 3 different towns 120 miles apart was never going to be easy!! That’s where Sue came in from TUI. For two weeks she searched and emailed results to me. Then we changed ideas and so Sue had to start again!! When we finally got to come into the store Georgia spent over an hour with us and proved to be very patient. We went away to think. Finally a decision was made! Yay! Booking, paying and fine tuning were easy over the phone as I was back in leics by then. Sue is taking care of everything for us. Entering our API, checking us in and printing our boarding passes. Takes all the stress away. And now all we have to worry about is taking Mother abroad at 90! lol!

Fantastic experience: I went into this TUI store today feeling a bit lost with regard to our honeymoon. I wanted somewhere that was suitable for us for a relaxing holiday but also somewhere good with children. Sue couldn’t have been more helpful and was so patient and lovely. She answered any questions I had and kept looking for us until we found a package deal that was right for our budget and needs. I am delighted with the holiday we booked. My little boy woke from his nap and started crying. The staff were so caring and accommodating and brought out colouring and even gave him a travel certificate to cheer him up whilst we sorted our arrangements, I cannot recommend TUI Cleethorpes enough and I will definitely be back. They even took our photo to mark the memory of booking our honeymoon for us. Thank-you so much.

Fantastic experience: Booked our holiday with Georgia in TUI Cleethorpes and it was a completely relaxed and hassle free experience. We had lots of questions which were answered and travelling with small children some reservations too. We wasn't exactly the easiest family as we have a few needs to be met and different dates being thrown into the mix but nothing was too much and Georgia was fantastic, Thorough. Negative experience: Misold mislead false representation fraud put on a building site hotel is a disgrace rated as 4-5 stars it should be re assessed and down graded to a 2+3 star hotel no disabled facilities or access placed on the 7th floorawayfrom everything deplorable wouldn't recommend the sunrise hotel resorts hurghada or tui uk

Negative experience: Not good my friends and I new the hotel in Benidorm was closed so called into TUI shop to be told as far as they was concerned the holiday was still going ahead. Eventually you cancelled by TUI. We went in to decide on a different location. As I was the lead passenger they let me into the shop. I did not want to go any where else and the other girls did. The staff would not let them into the shop and conducted the rearrangement with them stood outside the shop. There was 4 staff inside the shop and no other customers came in the whole time I was in there. I know we have rules but that is way out of order to treat customers like that. We left with no holiday print out of the hotel staying at flights cost no Atol certificate or car parking. Was never asked if we had insurance or did we need any. I have used you for years but never again booking ref 12642139
