Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Harriet, who helped to amend our Hotel booking, in store, in person. Harriet was friendly, understanding, and knowledgable. What a call centre had been unable to help with, over 4 working days Harriet did in about 10 minutes. I had attempted to amend the booking on-line, only to be messed around, by an overseas call centre, who said they would call me back in 48hrs, 48hrs later they did call back, and said they would need another 48hrs, before they could help me. When will businesses ever learn. Overseas call centres are cheap for a reason. The standard, of service your customers receive is appalling. Thankyou once again TUI Stourbridge, you’ve been amazing.

I’d just realised that the offer I’d been looking at was closing yesterday so wanted to take my chances at booking before the store closed ( it was 5.25pm ) ‍♀️ when I rang , the store was indeed closing but, the lovely Kelsey and her boss said they were happy to stay over and put through mine & my daughters booking. Not only that but they agreed to price match the deal I’d been looking at with another company. Honestly we were absolutely thrilled. Kelsey was so lovely to talk to and was incredibly professional & knowledgeable the whole time. THANK YOU SO MUCH you’re total stars, so that actually 5 from us

Negative experience: Used TUI Stourbridge for a few years always had a good service. However went into TUI today and what a terrible experience. Asked if they could print our tickets for us and the answer was can’t print them off due to to many people already booked in on line”.WHAT are they on about told get your tickets at the check in desk at the airport. VERY VERY poor customer service. Is this the best a leading travel agent can offer. M L Thomas
