Fantastic experience: Staff were very helpful and friendly and service very good

Positive experience: Slow to answer phone.

Negative experience: Went into the dudley branch on Saturday morning. After waiting to get buzzed in, not one single person acknowledged us. We spent around 15 minutes in the store looking at different brochures to book cape Verde, But couldn't find the correct one. Then as we were leaving there was a woman on a computer looking at stuff on amazon. We took our business else where. And they wonder why Dudley is going down hill.

Negative experience: What’s the point in having that huge shop with a bureau de change but then the staff sit looking at you through a locked door? Been a couple of times now on week days during the day and the staff don’t let you in. The Post office just up the way had euros so got them from there instead. Just seems pointless having a huge shop like that if it’s not open to the public.

Positive experience: General enquiry, what the status is like for a holiday in Spain, we are currently in amber so I'm waiting for it to become green due to personal reasons, though they could of explained a bit more ie what is the status now brexit is in place ie would I need a tourist visa etc which went amiss
