Negative experience: I really think it would be a good idea if there was QR codes on buses so we could rate the drivers... As some of the drivers are so rude and moody.....

Negative experience: Impossible to get in touch with ... they should av 24/7 customer service not 9 till 4 ...buses run after 4 sort yourself out west midlands travel

Positive experience: I enjoy most west midlands bus routes, the bus I need most I can't depend on 71, its not reliable if one comes on time and you miss it, you expect to wait 30 min for the next one if it turns up, so I tend to catch x14 then 67 0r 28 to arrive at my destination, my daughter gave up her evening job because the 71 never usually turned up, other buses I use deserve 5 stars

Negative experience: I waited nearly 2hrs for a bus! Shocking service!

Negative experience: let's see sumtimes good other times garbage. 1 bus to a area that runs once a hour on a night and that can't even turn up

Negative experience: I'd give 0 stars if I could , they ripped me off for 15 pounds , con artists they make it impossible to get my stolen money back they stole my money never use contactless with them they rinse your bank , god dam robbers

Positive experience: 3 buses didn't turn up in a row. With 2 toddlers and freezing cold

Positive experience: They would have got 5 stars but won't refund my direct debit payments when I should have been told I was entitled to a pensioner pass.

Positive experience: The buses were regular and the roads were not really busy so jurneys are quite quick

Fantastic experience: Clean and now they got the doors it's not so cold in winter. You can pick up your Amazon Parcels from here. Charge your phone using the charge lockers, or buy a pass from the machines. A hub of activity where I can plan my journeys from A to B.

Negative experience: Unreliabile, 9/10 drivers are grumpy and obviously unhappy, bus times are a waste of time, they always skip some times meaning you have to wait for the next time slot if that one wants to turn up and they miss your stop even when you press the button. Diamond busses are much more of a good start to your day as they are polite and seem like humans unlike travel west Midlands robots that can't keep time. If you need to get somewhere on time I suggest you travel well in advance or just use another easier alternative. Customer service will look into complaints but you will mostly find they make you feel like your lying to them when they ain't the ones standing around for their companies unreliabile service.
