Fantastic experience: Travel plans / flights to South Africa for a family party of 8 were interupted by Covid and rearanged from October 2020 for October 2021. In the interim Hendersons severed links to Barhead Travel (who were therefor our original agents. As October 2021 approached it was obvious travel to Soutn Africa would be problematic so we asked Henderson travel to enquire about refunds. in August. I completely understand the problems facing the travel industry but a "refund" was agreed. Despite the booking no longer being under the remit of Henderson Travel (and therefore not gatting paid anything) Director, Richard Webber took personal responsibility and undertook to help us obtain our refunds. Over 6 months larer - we finally gor the last refund today.- thanks in no small part to Richard's patient pressing on opur behalf. Your efforts on our behalf (coming on top of the excellent service from the team over many years in booking various trips for us and family members,) is very much appreciated.

Positive experience: Henderson's travel in hawick is the worst customer service I've ever come across once they get your money they don't want to know you especially Kelly so sarcastic she's more interested in her commission than her customers just received letter stating they no longer act as an agency for barhead travel and basically get in touch with them they took my money it should be them refunding me to£1,800
