Fantastic experience: I recently booked a holiday through TUI Heswall and I can't thank the team enough, especially Will, for the incredible support and service I received. I was really nervous about travelling abroad after recently being diagnosed with coeliac disease, but everyone in the store was so helpful and reassuring. Will was just amazing! He took the time to look into the best destinations and deals for me, and really went the extra mile to make sure I’d feel safe and comfortable while I’m away. Tui also allow us to hire baby equipment ahead of time which is a big plus for us to reduce what we need to travel with!

Fantastic experience: Popped into the TUI store 2 weeks ago, a lovely lady called Penny was very helpful and knowledgable, she found us a few holidays to choose from with our specifications. We have now booked one of the places Penny recommended via a follow up call with Sharon who made the booking process very easy. Highly recommend booking a holiday the old fashioned way instead of via a computer !!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have booked holidays with this shop several times now and found Sharon, Chloe, Will, Pat and Penny all really helpful. Sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone but we’ve been so often we’ve been served by them all. They understand what We want and do there upmost to tailor the holidays to give us the best experiences. They have a lot of knowledge on the best times to go to places ‘eg‘ Sharon advised us to go to Malta for Mardi Gras. They also have lots of patience. Would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Jacob is an absolute credit to TUI. After we had a nightmare with Jet2 cancelling our package holiday when Leeds Bradford Airport closed after an aircraft overran the runway, we spent 12 hours frantically searching for an alternative with every provider in the UK & the kindness and patience Jacob took with our plight we can only ever be indepted to. He really is a credit to TUI, please pass on my thanks for his time and kindness.

Fantastic experience: Have you been to Tui in Heswall - if you haven’t , we could really recommend them . We were fumbling to try and find a holiday - a quick call to Jacob and within only half an hour , we were spoilt for choice . Fantastic experience: Went in before Christmas to enquire about a 2024 holiday as it will be our 25th wedding anniversary, and spoke to Jacob who gave me some hints and tips of places to visit with what we wanted to see and do. I went away with some info and spoke to the boss who liked one of the places recommended to us. I went back in, saw Jacob again and sorted out going to Egypt. He had shown me a particular hotel on the Red Sea and it looked brilliant. They had great reviews and had all the facilities that we wanted so booked it straight away. It was very easy to do, and I can't thank him enough. He answered all questions for me and really made the whole thing simple. Also, thanks to Sharon for letting me sit on her chair whilst I waited, she made me feel very welcome ☺️ Great team of people who make you feel very welcome, glad to recommended then to others.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with tui went away with my kids and my sons suit case never turned up they said it did according to there records , no one will take my case on as lost I've been down all the avenues just to ho round in circles again swissport global baggage solutions and tui we also had delayed there and back , I've always flown with tui for 10+ years and was happy but now I feel let down by the company

Fantastic experience: For an absolute great many years I have always booked my holidays via TUI Heswall developing a trust with the staff. This came about by our hotel being blown down in Mexico by a hurricane and the Heswall TUI staff working tirelessly to find another hotel for our family so we didn’t miss out on this trip with only a couple of days to go. Since then every year my holidays have been via TUI Heswall and I have got to know the staff well - Will, Penny and especially Sharon who has been my go to advisor for years. Now I have retired and it is just me and my hubbie, I continue to visit the Heswall TUI shop bringing in extended family members as well as close family members as I feel we get value for money but it’s the trust and the relationship that I have with the advisors ( and especially Sharon) which makes me return time and time again. This is also the very first year where I have sat in the shop and not known where in the world I would like to visit. ( Over the years we have been lucky to visit some tremendous countries e.g TUI arranged a fabulous Costa Rica 14 night tour this summer. Thank you Penny/Sharon - within a day Jamaica was booked for 2023. I wouldn’t book my holidays with anyone else.
