Fantastic experience: We have used TUI for at least the 15 years and always had great service. However, I must name Alan. Without question a fantastic ambassador for TUI. He spends time getting to know us and he’s suggestions are ‘bang on’ every time. He takes time to explain every detail about our forthcoming holiday and being a technophobe, he books our holiday for us. And even our Visa’s. He also spends time, suggesting options and ideas for our next holiday. He is so friendly and helpful without any ‘hard-sell’. It’s like discussing your holiday with a friend. It's such a personal service, when your spending ££££ that makes a big difference, plus we had a lovely chat about our dogs. Definitely recommend going into the shop, the price on line was also matched

She was able to help me choose the exact holiday that we needed and also advised on extra things that we might need I.e Baggage allowance, car parking etc. Will definitely use this store again and ask for Lee.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say a big thank you to Lyndsey at Staines for organising our holiday. We had such a fab time and the Tui itinerary went totally to plan as they had described in their texts and emails. Hotel was friendly and family run. Our only glitch was 1 of our suitcases didn’t arrive back at Gatwick but a quick call to Lyndsey and we were able to find out what had happened to it. It was then delivered to our house 48 hours later by courier. Would certainly travel with Tui again. Unfortunately like the NHS and other large organisations you mainly hear the bad experiences but I would happily recommend Tui and intend to travel with them again

Fantastic experience: What a great Store, by far the best Tui Store I have ever booked a holiday. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all various kinds of holidays available. Many appear to have local knowledge which is also a great help when booking a location we have never been to before. The manager of the shop you can see is very proud of the Tui brand and puts a lot of effort into making every customer feel like their holiday experience is just beginning. You can see she really champions all of her team to make the customer feel satisfied and pleased with their holiday selection. Time to book again i think!

Fantastic experience: I got my euros in here, the lady was very helpful, she advised me that in Greece they don't like large notes. I took her advice and while in Corfu I witnessed a man with a 50 euro being told he had to wait for everyone else to be served as they couldn't give him change for a big note. So thank you for being knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been on holiday yet but going on monday the 13th of May,, 2 capeverde in sal,,but on Friday the 12th of May 3 days before flying I realised that my name had been spelt wrong and my date of birth was one year out,,if I had turnt up at the airport like that I would of been charged,,so I quickly phoned tui in staines(surry) and I spoke 2 a lovely lady called Diane,I told her everything that had happened and she firstly tried to change my name e,t c on the system but it wouldn't save so she then said she would have 2 fone them and she would fone me back,,about 5 minutes later Diane foned me back and said"its all done,u can now relax and enjoy yr holiday) bless her heart she is the most lovely lady,she really really helped me in a time wen I really needed it,she made sure I was not going 2 be charged 4 something that wasn't my fault and that she did,also she was so kind and friendly and we had a quick chat about where I was going,she gave me some very good pointers that without her telling me I WOULD not of known,,she was amazing,,I hope tui realise Diane is one of the best and in my eyes she should have a pay rise,,THANKYOU SO MUCH DIANE FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART,,YOU SAVED MY LIFE!!! Fantastic experience: Visited this store today, got lots of advice re booking a trip to Australia in the future, then booked flights for 3 ladies (60+) to Tenerife. Alan is awesome, he has such a wealth of knowledge and experience from places to visit and getting around. He is an asset to your store and TUI as a company I personally don’t think that 5 * is enough

Positive experience: If everyone at TUI Staines was as dedicated to the customer as Alan, then they would be 5 stars all the way. Naming and shaming Lee & Lindsay for empty promises with no delivery. One call to Alan and everything was sorted for my mum to extend her stay, and we were doing all this from Australia so time difference makes it hard. Top work fella!
