Fantastic experience: Over the last couple of week Jazmin has been so helpful and patient finding us the best holiday! She has sorted everything and more for us to ensure we have the best holiday. I will be looking forward to booking our next trip with her again later in the year.

Fantastic experience: Went into the Andover Store as we where not able to add the experiences that we wanted to do on our holiday like we had done previously. OWEN and the team where very helpful. They made the whole experience lovely as they were all smiley and happy to help each other out. Owen had great knowledge of the place having been to Jamaica already, his advice and recommendations were very helpful. Visiting the Tui travel agent was way better than myself booking it online.

This time slightly different as I only wanted Flights, which they were happy to help. Long haul to NZ booked with Frankie. Fantastic experience: We were looking for a family holiday for us, daughter and 2 young grandsons. We visited Andover store and spoke to Owen who was very informative and very helpful. He printed off a few options for us to go away and consider. We made our decision so went back in to store to book a couple of days later. We sat with Ruby who went through all the details and under Owen's supervision she booked the holiday for us. Great service as always!!!!

Negative experience: Booked a holiday, they managed to have wrong people in all 5 rooms on the booking forms, when i queried this with them via email, i had an email from them saying that this is just the way their system shows it, and it will be correct when we get their and room allocation is ok. At the airport they had allocated a 22month baby to another guest so the parents couldn’t take them through security to get on the flight, security had to get all of us together to find which boarding pass had the baby on it, that person had to take them through. When we got to the hotel, all allocations were wrong and we had to sit with the manager and sort it all out (he was not impressed with Tui) When we got back and complained, Lauren the senior retail manager would not apologise for this. Very poor service, I will never book through Andover shop again. NOTE - whilst at the hotel in Benidorm I had suspected food poisoning, the Tui rep said to call a doctor and they would pay me back the 120 euros. After the doctor had been, my wife went down with the receipt and the Tui rep said he would have to send a voucher to cover the doctors fee. When we complained to Lauren about this and a few other issues, she said this voucher was compensation for them all and she wouldn’t look any further into it. So wouldn’t even respond to anything. Not very professional when we weren’t trying to get a refund, just wanted an apology and explanation.

Negative experience: Andover, Hampshire. Absolutely no help. What was the point of walking in the shop. I would not recommend this store with services on booking a holiday with TUI. A representative behind the desk said. What you seen online is the same! No customer skills whatsoever. No wonder all the shops are closing!

Fantastic experience: Went into TUI Andover over the weekend to booked holidays. Owen was fantastic, took his time finding the ideal holiday for us, checking hotels for access due to disabilities. Spent nearly 2 hours in the store which went so quickly. Owen had great knowledge of the areas and hotels will be booking again with TUI.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a bit of a nightmare (first world problem) with TUI over a trip to the Maldives. All I can say is that Cloe, in the Andover store has been an absolute star. She has kept me informed all along the way. She listened to my concerns and didn’t give up until a successful conclusion for all parties was reached. Well done excellent customer service and support. Fantastic experience: I received excellent service from Sara at the Andover store via the telephone - I rang Tui expecting to be put through to a call centre as our local store has closed. I was pleasantly surprised to be speaking to someone in a store. Sara took her time to find out exactly what our requirements were, answered all our questions with great knowledge and was a joy to talk to, friendly and efficient - so much so that we booked our holiday straightaway and are very happy with the outcome we would definitely recommend Tui and Sara at the Andover store. Fantastic experience: Once again I find that a person is far better than a company. Let me explain. When we first booked this holiday the online system tried to charge us more when we got to the payment screen. Thinking this was just what happened, I tried again on a different device and again it was trying to charge us £200 more. Having a TUI store in town i went in and Wendie and her team helped me out and sorted the issue - holiday booked :) With just under 2 weeks to go o our holiday, we were advised by TUI's famously unhelpful email (there is a change to your booking), which if you ever get this could mean anything from your flight has changed by 5 mins to your hotel has blown up :) Reviewing the online portal it advised us that our Hotel was undergoing "some small works" and "that this will not effect your holiday". So straight to the shop again we went and I'm glad of it. Not only were they able to tell us what 'small works' means and show us how much of the facilities were disrupted but explained in details our options. After speaking to our party (9 of us including young kids), we decided not to stay at our first choice hotel. Now with less than 2 week to go the race was on to find a replacement. We were offered 4 hotels, but either they didn't meet our needs or were fully booked these quickly became no go's. Wendie and re team called, emailed, begged, stole and borrowed for 4 days straight, always keeping us in the loop. I'm happy to report that this is now sorted and as long as this hotel doesn't blow up :) we are going on holiday. Wendie, I'm not sure if you read these, but from all of our party we thank you for you support and assistance in this matter, from it's creation over a year ago to this issue. People think online is better, cheaper, easier and in some cases it is, but when things go wrong a 'person' is what you need, not a call center handler (no offence to them). In future I will look online, do my research, get all my ducks in a row and then I'll go to town and book it in store so that I get peace of mind that someone cares about the booking, not just the money!

Within 15 minutes the holiday was booked with some added extras for less than we could find online. Lesson of the day, online is not always the best value for money. Fantastic experience: My daughter and I popped in to book her holiday yesterday and we were dealt with by Laura - she was super friendly and very helpful and patient with us. She made the whole experience stress free and took the hassell out of doing this ourselves online which we were very sceptical about doing after seeing several friends book holidays that turned out to be scams!! In fact all of the staff were very welcoming and they deserve 10/10 for making the customer feel 100% satisfied. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have just booked our first family holiday at the Tui Andover store with Laura for us and our baby. We went in with a pretty specific list (and budget!) of what we were looking for, and Laura was really friendly and helpful and spent at least an hour looking through our options with us, and was super patient when we circled back to each option about three times! Her advice and experience was really helpful, especially looking at the Tui blue/family resorts, and we definitely found going into the store extremely helpful, rather than trying to do it ourselves at home.
