Fantastic experience: We have used East West travels before, and we were very pleased with the price and the service we got. In April, we travelled with brother Khuram and his group for Ummrah again. From the initial moment, we got in touch with him, till we got back home after performing umrah brother Khuran delivered on his promise. He set up a WhatsApp group where he made himself available to the group 24 hours a day. He met up with us at the airport, ensuring everyone got checked in ok, then had sorted out out check in at the hotel, with the keys waiting when we got there. We were all taken to the Ziyarats as promised .He even paid attention to detail by texting us the WiFi password to the hotel. He recommended the best place to purchase the dates from, which were very good quality, my family and friends loved them. Each need was met, without us having to ask. I would like to add, another member of his team, brother Ghalib was equally helpful We definitely would like to use East West travels again, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a hasslefree Umrah.

Fantastic experience: 17th April....Everything went as planned and we had a very smooth spiritual journey. The tour guides in Makkah and Madina who took us on ziyarahs were very knowledgeable. Thank you. I would however like to say that if anyone is planning of travelling with a disabled child or parent who is a wheelchair user please do consult Khurram before hand and make him fully aware of what the needs and requirements are so that a tailored package can be put in place. My mother was not able to use the given transport the minute we arrived at the airport as she has Osteoporosis and she can't climb stairs so we had to use private transport throughout out stay in Saudi. Also the hotel rooms were not good for a disabled person who has bad knees or lower back problems as the toilets are low and no standing aids were available. It was very difficult but Alhamdullilah my mother managed but would like to make others aware of this. The hotel management did say that if at the time of booking you ask for a handicap bathroom that will be more convenient for a disabled person please do check with Khurram. Thanks

Positive experience: Staff are respected, kind doing there best, have good intentions, To improve I recommend: Customer focus know your customers individually language barriers covered Communication needs to be clear and ensure the people are aware of any changes before the visit, during and after. As first timers I felt was not given the dedication we required for our first Umrah. Kids felt left out as no English translation in ziarats. Ziarats felt a little rushed Journey from Mecca to Medina in coach was dull no naats or spiritual lift. Coming back the journey was long should be made clear the changes of aeroplanes etc as not everyone was sure how it would work out as thought it was direct. Thanks. Would recommend as felt safe and well in this team

Fantastic experience: It was our first ummrah from the start we was nervous regarding the travel and ensuring that everything was done correctly. My friend had previously gone with East and West travels and recommended. And I totally get why she did the support, advice and the journey alhumdilliah was so blessed. Before the journey the team helped to provide us with a lot of knowledge as a family we was nervous about Mum due to health but all information was provided to ensure that Mum was comfortable. Even whilst in Saudi the team looked after the whole group as the communication was fantastic, all questions and information was shared promptly. We did all the Zayirats and travel from Mecca to Medina the group catered towards the needs of everyone. Shall be planning another ummrah inshallah with the whole family with East and West travels. Khurram, Haji Guliab, Mamo and the travel guides both in Medina and Mecca were all very supportive and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Have used East and West Travels through brother Khuram twice now. Each time Khuram helped us create a bespoke package with very reasonable prices and top hotels. All ground transports, visas, guides were all included in addition to staff who remained contactable 24/7 if anything were to happen and assistance was needed. Have not travelled as part of a group with Khuram due to dates not aligning with myself otherwise would have definitely booked as part of his group packages. What you see is what you get with Khuram and his team as they don’t mess you around nor charge extortionately and are always willing to help and go the extra mile. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you profoundly for managing our Umrah Trip during November. I knew it wouldnt be easy travelling with mum in a wheelchair, but you planned everything perfectly. I didnt have to worry about plane tickets, visas, zayarats or any of the ground travel. All the vehicles you provided were air conditioned and spacious and i couldn't have asked for a more comfortable experience. Both hotels (Emaar Grand, Makkah & Al Ritz Madina) were excellent in quality and well positioned. We had a few housekeeping issues which were obviously out of your control, but even then you managed to somehow resolve them from the UK. We even had our own Umrah Guide (brother Bilal) may Allah Azzawajjal reward him who walked us through the whole Umrah process. You answered every one of my queries and i found you very knowledgable. I honestly couldnt have asked for a better managed and priced trip. May Allah Azzawajjal bless you immensely for the work you do in taking people to the blessed lands and grant you more barkat in your work. Fantastic experience: Excellent service and experience … khurram and his team couldn’t have been anymore helpful … I was a little anxious taking 5 elderly people with me on my own but the team were always contactable 24 hours to resolve our problems and very patient and understanding. Khurram is a very honest and decent person and has a great team on the ground in Saudi. He was always my first point of contact whether it was an issue or just a general observation or concern. Also Special shout out to these 3 people … Bilal who was our umrah guide and completed both our umrahs with us … he was with us every step of the way and my aunties wished to touch Kaaba sharif and he fulfilled that too. Isaac mamu - who literally dropped everything and took us back to the airport as we had lost one peice of luggage with my dad’s medicine in it … he was kind enough to ensure we got food for us and family on the way back too. This was the third time travelling with yourself, as always you took care of all the hassle so that we could devote our time to ibadat. The direct flight and the 12 day duration was perfect, this enabled us to perform additional umrahs from masjid aysha and masjid jurana. Brother khuram was always available to offer advice, guidance and support when needed. The Ziyarats they organised were very Informative in learning the Islamic History. Alhamdulillah my children gained a lot of knowledge. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to perform umrah with East West Travels. Its been wonderful going to Umrah with a group of lovely people, its made our umrah experience more enjoyable. The team leader Haji Ghalib has been very helpful and informative. The tour guides were very good explaining the background information which gave us knowledge and understanding how Islam began. We will highly recommend east and west travels to our friends and relatives who plan to go for Umrah. Negative experience: Terrible experience with this company very unprofessional umrah hotel was terrible told us it was 5 stars mould in the bathroom of the hotel no wifi, took us 8 hours coach journey to get to madinah was told by travel guy it would take 4 hours was better off taking train which would have took 2 hours wasted a day in travelling, group leaders were no where to be seen, this travel agency is a joke, just set up to make money and not accommodate there customers, would definitely avoid at all cost better off booking umrah your self will work out cheaper and better hotels.
