Ocean, your advisor, was truly amazing. She listened to what we wanted and then found suitable holidays within our budget, covering all our requirements. Negative experience: I had a holiday from hell, came back and spoke to someone in store they were horrified at what had happened promised to help only to get an email the following day saying because my case was open with another person however it isn’t and I replied asking who I need to speak to and have had nothing back! Happy to take money from someone who saved for 3 yrs following cancer treatment but turn their backs when asked for help!

Fantastic experience: Like many others I was overwhelmed by the choice and offers online so decided that I needed to talk to someone face to face, I am so glad I did. Suzie at TUI was amazing! I went in with a list of things I would ideally like from a holiday for my two little boys and myself. Straight away Suzie had great ideas, a vast knowledge of where to go, certain resorts, hotels etc. clearly loves her job and her experience was invaluable. Within an hour we had discussed and booked a holiday, seats on the plane, and everything else I needed and showed me the best deals, discounts etc.. none of this I would have done online and we are now booked into an hotel I hadn’t even considered online.. far better hotel and a far better price than online.. thank you Suzie! As lovely and convenient as online can be, sometimes you can’t beat talking to someone face to face and discussing your needs and letting the experts do their job.. and so very well. Wonderful customer service.. thank you.

Fantastic experience: We popped into the Tunbridge Wells Tui branch on Sunday and we were served by Suzie. She was fab. Gave her a rough idea of what we were looking for and her knowledge was incredible. We didn’t feel pressure to book anything there and then (although we did!), and she gave us lots of little tips for where we were going. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Having been completely overwhelmed whilst attempting to book a family package holiday online, I decided to do the old fashioned thing of going to an actual travel agent. The experience did not disappoint!! I visited TW Tui with my children and a very particular list of requirements. Within an hour, we had booked a holiday that fully encompassed all of our needs with the added bonus of the children being spoken to and entertained whilst I spoke to my husband on the phone. It was a throughly pleasant experience! We have we just returned from our holiday and are over the moon with our hotel, swimming pools, food, beach etc. I could not recommend booking a holiday at Tui highly enough! Fantastic experience: We booked an all inclusive family holiday with Suzie. We had tried previously to book this ourselves online but we’re unsuccessful. We called ahead to check if we’d be able to find the same deal in store, Suzie was extremely kind and very personable, she went through all the details and reassured us that she would be able to rectify the difficulties we were having online. In-store Suzie was warm, welcoming and made the whole booking process an enjoyable experience. Suzie booked everything we wanted and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything in place to travel with as much ease as possible. We plan on booking all holidays from this store with Suzie going forward.

She gave us options to help find our perfect holiday. Would highly recommend her. We then visited the store and was Karen’s day off so we booked our holiday with Steph. She also was really good in talking through the resort and flights. We were then able to make our decision and are now on countdown for our holiday!

We called into the branch on the Saturday to get some quality advice and after an hour or so, we had 90% decided on “the one!” It was secured on the Monday morning and once again, Suzie was absolutely fantastic, making sure that every detail was covered, my questions were answered and confirming everything before inviting me to call into the branch should I have any further questions. 10/10 excellent customer service. Fantastic experience: After last winters Covid-related uncertainty with the Crystal online bookings I decided to book next seasons skiing holiday through the local TUI store. Great decision, they couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. And they found what looks like a great Crystal package holiday, and at a really good price. 5/5!

Negative experience: Very poor. Went in 5 minutes after they opened, and asked to go back 35 minutes later as they was not ready to serve us!

Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff who are genuinely interested in giving you the best deal and service. Really knowledgeable and helpful. Also good rates on foreign currency. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Diosgusting, what a disgusting waste of space. Booked with them, they told us all sorts, clearly knowing nothing about the location, wont deal with anything, if the holiday turns out to be a disaster, everyone is going to know that the Tui travel store in Tunbridge Wells is to blame. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Negative experience: We booked our hoilday a few months ago in store with nice guy called Callum all was well paid in full .ordered our hoilday money to pick up later that week with a different assistant ,went back to pick it up hadn't ordered it 1 hrs wasted trip .we had problems doing our visa online at home rang store they said come in and they will help .go to store and the assistant was as much use as a chocolate fire guard she just sat there and said she is not aloud to help u have to do it your self which i had to do on the shop computer while she sat there and said and did nothing.next problem was our boarding passes we were told to come in and they would print them out for us ,as we book our seats but the 4 times we have flown with tui we have lost our seats even though we had paid for them .Go into store to be told they can t do them till the time u board 5.30 but shop is closed then so that's another wasted trip to shop .the assistant we were served by turned out to be the manager well they need to get a new one she is rude ,un helpful and needs to get some customer service training .We will neve use or fly with tui again .If u want to book a hoilday use a different agent.

Negative experience: Terrible. Out of stock of the currency we needed, lost their keys to the cupboard containing our travel documents, and the company they recommended for visa's was also terrible and got my name wrong
